標題[討論] Volvo C30 2.0換胎疑問

各位車版前輩早安，賤駒C30目前里程約23000，雖然還沒要換胎但是想先做點功課， 原廠胎是Michelin 205/50 R17，目前使用上覺得有點吵，舒適性沒比較過不知道算 好還是不好；在網路討論上有看到說205/50 R17的規格少所以單價高，故想請教： 1.有沒有推薦的安靜+安全的胎？(油耗不考慮，反正C30是吃油怪) 2.換215/45 R17有比205/50 R17通用嗎？對舒適會有影響嗎？較寬的胎要換框嗎？ 3.使用情況是：80%市區，長程就台北台中來回，偶爾跑遠程渡假 還請各位前輩賜教，感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.133.62.231

我跟台灣大哥大的合約到2014年3月底到期,
每個月要繳月租費+上網要1400左右,
but我已經調來大陸工作了,所以我好想解約阿.

之前聽說可以攜碼到它家電信,有的會願意代為支付違約金,
(我只要降低月租費,保持原號碼,其他都不要)

請問現在還有嗎? 大家有推薦的嗎? (最好是台中的)

大埔爭議一直無法圓滿解決，苗栗縣長劉政鴻近來飽受各界批評，22日有後龍鎮民意代表及鄉親約20多人，特別到苗栗縣政府為劉政鴻加油打氣，並感謝他為苗栗的建設努力，讓最近負面聲浪不斷的劉政鴻感動到流下淚來。

「苗栗縣加油，苗栗縣加油，劉政鴻加油。」

在苗栗縣議員林寶珠、李文斌，及後龍鎮民意代表、鄉親，共20多人來到了苗栗縣政府，要為近來飽受批評的縣長劉政鴻加油打氣。

後龍鎮代會主席 朱秋隆：「一起來為我們縣長加油，希望我們縣長可以堅持，能夠繼續為我們苗栗縣奉獻更多，為苗栗縣做更多。」

苗栗縣議員 林寶珠：「這件事我們縣政府是做對了，我想縣長也是做對的事情，他該做的事情，所以為了這4戶所衍生的後續那麼多社會問題，真的讓我們社會資源浪費很多。」

看到故鄉鄉親站出來力挺自己，讓從政40多年的劉政鴻，首度在鏡頭前流下男兒淚。

苗栗縣長 劉政鴻：「我問心無愧，我以苗栗後龍子弟為榮，我這7年來很認真在做，我希望照著，謝金汀老縣長那3句話，留建設給地方，留名聲給自己，留道德給子孫。」

鄉親希望大埔案爭議能就此落幕，讓苗栗的建設能回歸正軌，不要再造成社會的對立，劉政鴻除了感謝鄉親的溫情送暖，也承諾不會被擊倒，要用政績回報鄉親的力挺 。

十二年國教民國103年正式上路，政府外派人員子女的升學優待，也延續到免試入學及特色招生管道。

教育部今天修正發布「政府派赴國外工作人員子女返國入學辦法」，主要是配合新的「高級中等教育法」作條文修改。

過去外派人員子女參加考試分發入學的加分規定，延續至103年的免試、特招。教育部高等教育司科長張嘉育表示，外派人員子女連續居住2年後，返國時間越長，越熟悉台灣教育環境，因此規定返國1年內加分25%，1年到2年加分15%，2年到3年10%。

張嘉育說，加分比例都延續過去做法，只是融入新的入學管道。而原本還有「返國半年以內」一級，這次修法取消，因為實務上發現，返國半年跟1年沒有太大差別。

不論是免試、特招，外派人員子女都以外加招生名額2%的方式錄取，不影響一般學生權益。

由於台灣已經採認大陸地區學歷，因此外派到中國大陸的人員子女，也適用於加分規定。張嘉育表示，目前得知交通單位有提出這個需求。

另外，有些人的派駐國教育環境差，子女找不到合適的學校就讀，這次修法放寬，用遠距教學方式取得的高級中等學校學歷，也能算數。

【邱俊吉／台北報導】狂犬病疫情再添動物病例，狂犬病中央流行疫情指揮中心今表示，昨新增3例鼬獾確診，分別來自台東縣卑南鄉、池上鄉及東河鄉各1例，目前已累積有97隻鼬獾與1隻錢鼠、共98起動物病例，疫情發生地區則無新增，維持9縣市44鄉鎮市。指揮中心稍晚並將公布與美國疾病控制與預防中心的專家討論防疫策略的結果。

此外，指揮中心也宣布，農委會將於下周一舉辦「國內狂犬病防疫措施座談會」，將邀學者、動物保護團體、獸醫團體等利害關係人士參與，加強意見交流及溝通，以凝聚共識。

買房自住的朋友又有福了，哈哈！
最近房地產可謂風雨飄搖，比颱風還強。
不，應該說好戲連連才對。

除了美國QE退場，帶來世界各國利率上漲的效應，
財政張部長的一句：等年輕人都買得起房的時候，奢侈稅才會退場。
仲介、建商、投資客等各路人馬，楚楚可憐的心，全都碎了

小弟歸納一下近期市況，大家參考一下：
1.利率上漲，房屋持有成本大增，投資客搶著賣，自住客不敢買
2.投資客跟建商都搶著出清，你說誰的成本低？
3.市場氣氛全部轉為買方市場，成交量低，市場流動性差，投資客想賣也賣不掉
4.仲介朋友很可憐，沒生意可作，難怪新聞報導東森房屋王董出來酸言酸語

總之，在這種風雨飄搖，投資客建商搶著賣，沒人敢買的情況下，就是自住客的福氣了。
別懷疑，建商現在很多新建案，
都是價錢開得高高，但成交價只有很好笑的5折、6折。(因為表面硬撐，但心裡怕得要死)
加上現在房市景氣超差，買氣超弱，
想想看，若要危機入市的你，該出幾折去談呢？

自住客一生可能只買房1、2次，加上房貸可是2、30年的重壓，不是好玩的
所以這次要出幾折去談，你想好了嗎？
