【侯昌騰／高雄報導】今日凌晨0時10分高雄市中山一路與七賢一路發生一起肇事逃逸車禍案件，一名許姓男子駕駛白色小客車，不明原因撞上一對男女共乘的機車，兩人摔落地面後倒地不起，肇事的許男居然加速逃逸，誇張的是車頭還卡住遭撞傷者的摩托車，警方見狀沿路追捕攔車，最後在復興一路與六合一路口才將男子攔下逮捕，遭拖行近700公尺遠的機車因過度摩擦當場起火燃燒，民眾也趕緊拿滅火器幫忙滅火；許男被捕後，警方對他進行酒測後數值為零，為何肇事逃逸，警方詳查中。

大家喝多少罐啤酒會暈    以麒麟bar 黃色330ML鋁罐來算

如果喝很快的話 我大概三罐就會有點暈了   酒量沒很好

才剛喝一個月   大家可以講一下自己的經驗

我很少喝到吐 因為都沒喝很多   是之前有一次跟朋友去唱歌

一直灌酒   因為一開始有喝2~3罐了  再加兩杯加汽水的伏特加

之後又喝可能10杯塑膠杯左右的bar 沒算數量 那時候很醉

就感覺肚子整個是脹的   而且頭很暈   就感覺自己沒在動    旁邊一直旋轉

完全沒辦法騎車    然後就吐了

隨北北基今起正常上班上課，市府昨宣布，今早7點起取消開放紅黃線停車，車主若未移車將被拖吊取締，停放學校的車輛，在水門開啟後有4到6小時時間移車，超過時間也將取締。

新北市交通局局長趙紹廉表示，因應今起正常上班上課，一般道路紅黃線停車僅開放到今天早上7點；水門尚未開啟前，周邊公告區域將持續開放民眾停車。

另外，轄內245所中小學因目前仍在暑假期間，暫停在校內的車輛，允許在水門開啟後4到6小時移車，若規定時間過後警方將依照違規停車規定，依法開出600到1200元不等的罰鍰。

但潭美颱風離台後，將會有一波「颱風尾」掃過北台灣，新北市防災中心也預估凌晨4點過後，將會有一波短暫陣雨及7到10級的陣風，民眾若不想被開罰單，恐得冒雨移車。

交通局提醒，颱風天後首日上班上課，一早必定出現塞車潮，提醒民眾提早出門避開塞車。

另外，颱風期間，新北市許多勞工仍無懼風雨上工，新北市勞工局特別呼籲，勞工若在颱風天被迫上班，資方不顧勞工安全，在違背雙方約定下，強迫勞工執行工作，勞工只要提出證明，都可以向勞工局申訴。
