（軍聞社記者莊家宏臺北十八日電）國防部今年在臺北國際航太暨國防工業展首度設置「救災裝備展示區」，陳展由國人自力研發防救災系統、機動式衛星接收與航空氣象觀測系統等多項國軍現役各式可運用於防救災裝備，彰顯國軍長期致力災防整備成果。

　近年來國軍不斷強化防災整備工作，並將災害防救列為中心任務之一，秉持「超前部署，預置兵力，隨時防救」原則，藉由平時戰演訓任務，強化三軍聯合救災能力外，國防部中山科學研究院也首創研發「災害防救行動決策支援系統」，結合「衛星通信車」、「通信整合系統」、「航遙測任務規劃技術能量」、「可攜衛星通裝」、「遠距偵查光電酬載」、「合成孔徑雷達」、「災防行動決策支援技術能量」、「影像辨識系統」、「戰術寬頻手持式無線電」，透過分工鏈結整合而成。

　此系統主要提供政府機關或是國軍各救災指揮單位使用，透過軟硬體設備的「整合」，將災情即時傳送災害應變中心，同時透過遙測任務規劃技術，經由圖資比對與三維場景呈現，使指揮中心人員掌握完整實況，更能有效提昇救援能量。

柯文哲在愛滋器捐案受委屈，妻子開記者會說明並有意提告。他說，「算了，我沒有自殺就過關了」，原諒他們是為自保而做，不會提告。

民國100年8月發生愛滋器捐案，台大與成大醫院共有5名患者被植入愛滋感染者捐出器官，監察院去年8月彈劾台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲後，將全案送到司法院公務員懲戒委員會調查，日前將柯文哲降兩級改敘處分。

柯文哲妻子、台北市立聯合醫院和平婦幼院區新生兒科醫師陳佩琪，昨天大動作獨自出面召開記者會抱病為夫喊冤，並拿出證據證明，台大醫院偽造文書讓柯文哲一人扛下所有的罪，而其他的長官與同事保住官位及工作。

陳佩琪今天受訪時表示，將在30天內回覆司法院公懲會申辯書，同時也希望院方能找出撰寫報告的人並公開對質，誰寫的就要勇敢站出來，不可能都沒有人寫報告就出來了，希望雙方公開對質。

不過，柯文哲下午受訪時表示，監察院沒有找他就是「程序不正義」，送到公懲會，他也去申辯但是還是用台大醫院呈報的資料判他，而公懲會選的時間太差了，怎麼會選他不在的時間呢，導致無法收場。

柯文哲受訪時多次說「算了、算了」，他說，不用對質了，台大醫院高層不是故意要陷害他，而是為了自保。

柯文哲說，在台大醫院工作30年，一生的工作地方只有一個，「就是台大醫院」，履歷表上只有二行字，台大醫院住院醫師與主治醫師，「不會提告」。
