餐廳名稱：韓新樓 消費時間：2013年/8月 地址：新竹市金山6街2巷7號 電話：03-5646949 營業時間：一~日 am11:00~pm2:00；pm3:00~10:00 每人平均價位：130~480元不等(就看您怎麼點囉!) 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：部隊鍋,海鮮煎餅,石鍋拌飯 有圖好讀網誌版：http://pubi0903.pixnet.net/blog/post/185359697 這間是位於金山6街 中國信託銀行後面巷子的韓新樓 和公司的同事中午來吃過幾次，覺得價位和口味都很令人滿意呢~ 只是在吃飯時間人多時偶有較慢送餐及續點小菜會忘記之類的狀況~ 一進來就看到開放式的廚房 店內的擺設~ 位子不算少唷~(大概有30個左右的位子吧) 這裡的小菜是免費的喔~ 吃完可以再請店家補(可是這次吃老闆好像只讓我們續一次，記得 之前有續過兩次的？？) 小菜有辣蘿蔔、豆干、海帶、泡菜(好像會變吧？但泡菜是一定有的唷！) 店家會提供一壺水先解解渴~阿...就是水囉 菜單在櫃台~進門時直接拿進來填寫~再給店裡的人就好囉！ 如果覺得字太小，他還有個看板唷！夠明顯了吧~((笑 必點的石鍋拌飯~這是送上來的樣子~感覺淡淡的對吧！ 鏘~鏘~！拌過後超可口的啦！阿噗可是一口接著一口停不下來呢！ 還有好多的鍋巴(想吃鍋巴的可以放一下下再拌，不想的就直接拌吧！) 這是點石鍋拌飯附贈的湯，口味普通，但至少有湯可以配囉！ 這盤也是必點~海鮮煎餅~旁邊的辣醬沾著吃~ 再吃一口泡菜~煎餅外層脆脆的~辣醬微辣~泡菜香香的~好好食啊！~ 其他的還有炒碼麵(類似辣海鮮湯麵)也很好吃喔！ 火鍋的部份也不錯喔！都可以試試看唷 ^^~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 211.21.186.180

 進到你xuite日誌的網頁 -會發現瀏覽器右上角的三顆球變彩色一直轉 表示偵測到音樂了
 

點三顆球右邊的箭頭 可以看到附檔名是.mp3的檔案 選下載 就好

  • 彰化縣政府上午於彰化縣災害應變中心成立一級開設進駐，縣長卓伯源坐鎮召開潭美颱風第一次防災會議。

記者鄧富珍／彰化報導

輕度颱風潭美21日中午襲台，帶來約53.5毫米以下不等雨量，午後雨量持續增加，相關水位監測均在警戒值以下，彰化縣政府根據中央氣象局提供的資料決定，今天仍然正常上班上課，晚間18時起停止上班上課，但還是要提醒民眾小心防範，不要前往海邊戲水，以防意外發生。

晚間雨勢稍緩，縣府於晚間八時左右宣布，明天（22日）照常上班上課，呼籲民眾應注意豪雨帶來的威脅，避免進入危險水域及土石流易發區，災害發生時立即通報119。

記者莊漢昌／台南報導

為整合最新管線資料供市府機關、管線機構使用，以降低發生公共災害之機率，市府工務局籌劃建立一套公共設施管線圖資整合機制。內政部補助建置「103年度管線資料庫管理供應系統」，台南市積極爭取獲得全國最高補助800萬元。

工務局表示，都會建設過程中，常見因誤挖管線所造成的公共災害事件不斷發生，使社會成本付出相當代價，為了防範公共管線因誤挖所引起的工安問題，台南市已於101年12月20日公告實施「臺南市道路挖掘管理自治條例」，並配合該法另訂定「公共設施管線圖資圖資更新維護作業要點」，要求管線機構提供圖資，以符合內政部規範之GML資料交換格式，匯入本府公共設施管線資料庫，俾利整合及提供最新之管線資料供本府機關、管線機構使用。

工務局表示，隨著制度面、管理面、法規面、資訊面等逐步更新，該局在統籌管理本市37區的道路挖掘業務管理上已逐漸上軌道，惟公共設施管線資料庫調查建置方面，囿於市府經費有限，無法同時進行全面調查，故建置比例在五直轄市中偏低，因此，為有效快速提升公共設施管線資料調查，建立管線資料庫管理供應系統，每年均積極向內政部營建署爭取經費因應。

內政部營建署根據「國家地理資訊系統建置及推動10年計畫」，每年提撥預算補助各地方政府，102年度台南市獲得400萬元補助，今年在營建署編列的103年度4,500萬元補助款中，台南市獲得全國最高的補助款800萬元。

看來看去，蕃薯藤這篇新聞算滿完整的 令人訝異的是，很多新聞都報得很短，連清楚的比較都沒有。 --- http://n.yam.com/nownews/politics/20130821/20130821699195.html 記者王鼎鈞／連線報導 行政院發言人鄭麗文、內政部長李鴻源日前回應大埔「拆政府」行動時，先後都提到台南 市鐵路地下化爭議，市長賴清德今（21）日召開說明會，鄭重澄清兩案本質上截然不同。 賴清德表示，台南市鐵路地下化市民引頸期盼20多年，屬於台南重大工程，具備縫合都市 功能、促成交通便捷、減少交通對台南市的衝擊，其「公益性」毋庸置疑。 他說，因為自救會所提出的工法版本，從各角度看，無論拆遷戶數、軌道鋪設及切換次數 、施工方式、總工期、地下結構厚度、連續壁至用地範圍邊界、安全性、交通影響，都沒 有優於行政院版本，所以市府沒有其他的選擇，因此市府繼續推動行政院核定的版本。 賴清德指出，市府基於對拆遷戶的照顧，除依法給予徵地補償外，市府額外提出「專案照 顧住宅方案」，選定南台南副都心火車站前，生產路對面的精華地段，蓋住宅照顧方案， 讓拆遷戶以成本價選購。 事實上，不僅中央，也有部分民眾將大埔、南鐵案同等看待。因此，賴清德說，在公益性 、必要性、對居民的照顧，都沒有問題之餘，卻發生外縣市民眾不明事由，而產生誤解， 若導致整個重大建設的延宕或停滯，對於台南188萬市民是非常不公平的。 對於自救會抗爭，是否影響工程延宕一事。賴清德表示，工程核定與執行，交通部是主政 單位，市府主要是配合土地徵收，市府將依照既定期程推動，並要求交通部如期如質完成 ，至於交通部是否會受其他因素影響，因而使本案有變化或延宕，則不得而知。 賴清德強調，台南市鐵路地下化與苗栗大埔徵收案，兩案本質上截然不同，在執行上，市 府不會放棄任何一絲與市民溝通的機會，也不輕言強拆民宅。 ★經費來源不同 賴清德說，苗栗大埔事件是徵收農地，興建工業區、住宅區、商業區，以土地增值價值來 滿足開發費用。但鐵路地下化費用，是由市政府與交通部分別負擔。鐵路地下化後，騰空 的土地將規劃為公園綠道，鐵軌上方既是道路，也就無法「還地於民」。 ★徵收目的不同 就徵收目的而言，賴清德說，大埔案是開發工業區，南鐵是交通部重大交通建設；就徵收 後用途，大埔是設廠、劃設住宅、商業區，南鐵是將鐵軌地下化，上方為公園道，全部是 交通建設。 ★徵收必要性不同 就徵地必要性，賴清德指出，大埔可選擇其他土地做工業區開發，南鐵是配合現行鐵路， 致無法遷移它地，徵地是唯一選項；就拆遷房屋，大埔部份屋主拒絕拆屋，南鐵則無論各 界所提任何工法版本，都必須拆除房屋；就照顧拆遷戶，大埔是依法定補償，南鐵除了依 法定補償，並提供照顧住宅方案。 至於經建會有意將台南市鐵路地下化列入跨域加值計畫，引起外界疑慮台鐵藉此活化營利 ，賴清德表示，去年在行政院會堅決反對納入，所以最終核定的計畫中，台南市鐵路地下 化確定沒有列入跨域加值計畫，因此並沒有任何財團利益炒作的空間。 對於李鴻源的發言，賴清德表示，他為此感到震驚與遺憾，顯然李發言前，並未詳細了解 鐵路地下化在本質上與苗栗大埔不同，把二案相提並論，將造成台南市鐵路地下化推動的 困難，如果因此導致工程延宕、停擺，李鴻源對不起台南市民。 他說，李鴻源以政治的角度出發，並未實際了解兩案在工程、路線與過程的不同處，就出 此言，是不恰當的，將台南市拖下水，讓人懷疑有「圍魏救趙」的意圖。希望其他中央長 官不要再犯同樣錯誤，否則對台南市不公平。 ※ 引述《xcvfrd (無負正成功)》之銘言： : 20130821台南鐵路地下化說明記者會 : 更新於 25 分鐘前 : 台南市府今天召開記者會，鄭重澄清台南市鐵路地下化與苗栗大埔徵收案兩案本質上截然 : 不同，以避免外界錯誤引用與誤解，造成鐵路地下化工程延宕，這樣對台南市188萬市民 : 非常不公平。 : 兩案的不同包括苗栗大埔事件是徵收農地，興建工業區、住宅區、商業區，以土地增值價 : 值來滿足開發費用。但鐵路地下化費用，是由市政府與交通部分別負擔。鐵路地下化後， : 騰空的土地將規劃為公園綠道。 : 以徵地必要性而言，大埔可選擇其他土地做工業區開發，但南鐵是配合現行鐵路，無法遷 : 移它地，徵地是唯一選項。在拆遷房屋部分，大埔屋主拒絕拆屋，但南鐵則無論各界所提 : 任何工法版本，都必須拆除房屋。而照顧拆遷戶部分，大埔是依法定補償；而南鐵除了依 : 法定補償，並提供照顧住宅方案。 : 本質上完全不同的案子卻遭到誤解，清德擔心外界誤解，造成鐵路地下化工程延宕或停滯 : ，而且內政部長李鴻源也在媒體指台南市鐵路地下化與苗栗大埔徵收案是類似的區段徵收 : ，更讓清德感到震驚與遺憾。所以有必要以市府的立場對外做詳實的說明。 : 清德認為，台南市鐵路地下化是市民引頸期盼廿多年的重大交通工程，市府選擇繼續推動 : 行政院核定的版本，係基於公益性、必要性與安全性的多方考量，且行政院核定的版本在 : 拆遷面積與其他版本較少，加上徵收土地做為鐵路地下化完工，騰空的土地是做為貫穿台 : 南市南北向的公園大道，絕無財團炒作的空間，希望交通部也能如期如質地將鐵路地下化 : 完工。 : 轉自賴清德臉Facebook專頁 : http://ppt.cc/aEto -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.238.19.126 ※ 編輯: rockyue 來自: 36.238.19.126 (08/21 22:07)

【柯長錕／德國科隆報導】索尼電腦娛樂台灣時間今日凌晨搶先舉辦Gamescom德國電玩展展前記者會，會中宣布調降PS Vita售價，台灣也將於9/1起跟進，Wi-Fi版和Wi-Fi+3G版皆降價至5980元，降幅最高達5000元，而PS Vita專用記憶卡也調整價格，最大容量32GB記憶卡原價2980元，降至2280元，盼刺激銷量。

　另外，全球預購已超過100萬台的PS4，則由索尼電腦娛樂總裁Andrew House公布正式上市日期，11/15在北美、11/29於歐洲等32國上市。但會中未提及台灣、日本等亞洲地區上市時間，料將於下月東京電玩展公布。

台北股市集中市場加權股價指數今(19)日在市場人氣退潮之下，收盤下跌24.79點或0.31%以7900.21點作收，市場成交值711.98億元，早盤展現強勢的IC設計股聯發科(2454-TW)尾盤有買盤拉抬仍然收漲15元以375元作收，成交量放大至1.1萬張。

而集中市場股王的大立光(3008-TW)也有在尾盤作價的趙現，收盤維持平盤1085元作收，以大立光為代表的蘋果概念股，今天也有軟板業的嘉聯益(6153-TW)強勢收漲0.75元以33.15元作收，也顯示在美商蘋果公司對於下半年的新產品逐漸明朗化同時，市場對於中小型的蘋果概念股仍有興趣，也對多頭形成鼓舞的效果。

就台股集中市場市場人氣退潮之下，加權股價指數收盤下跌24.79點或0.31%以7900.21點作收，市場成交值711.98億元的走勢中，大盤雖然在電子類股見到台積電(2330-TW)的壓盤效果，電子類股下跌0.18%，但占大盤成交值比重仍然達73.72%；但見中小型個股全場活躍。

對於聯發科的今天大漲，證券分析師林宗霈指出，聯發科受到外資券商調高目標價到500元的激勵，股價即將挑戰今年高點，新處理器晶片持續在大陸和印度暢銷，大牛都可以跳舞，看好手機相關族群可望成為多方主角，蘋果概念股仍是最看好的族群，新蘋果供應鏈也有留意的必要。

※ 引述《aegis3 (shine)》之銘言： : 話少 遠距離愛情 護士 休息時只想睡覺的女生 : 我該怎麼做?? : ps. : 想請問一下護士休假時，是不是都只想睡覺不想出去走走?? 我剛好有交過護士女友 跟你分享一下 他是什麼ICU的 不知道有沒有拼錯 就是呼吸治療相關的 一個人CARE十幾個病人 而且這些病人情況又比較特殊一點 以護士來說 他的工作難度 也比其他種類的辛苦很多 但是我的情況剛好跟你相反 我有問過他 你每天都喊累 可是你看起來怎麼一點都不累 一放假必約會 而且不是在家就可以解決的 一定要有戶外走路的行程 最好是去外縣市的 下班一定要講電話 而且話非常多 醫院可以聊的八卦太多了 阿長聊完 聊病人 病人聊完 聊同事 同事聊完 聊醫生 但是到了分手前幾個月 完全變成另一個人 護士也不是跟我交往才開始當 之前也已經做了五六年了 從上面的狀況 變成你說的狀況 讓我印象最深的 後期也是一樣說他很累 不想出門 不想講話 只想在家休息 到了分手前一天 本來好不容易約好要出去玩的 突然跟我說 臨時被叫去上班 沒辦法 公事比較重要 也只能取消約會 晚上的時候 我打電話去要問他網拍問題 是他同事接的 他說他今天休假啊 你要不要打他手機 後來過程我就不說了 直接講結果 他幾個同事幫他介紹男生 騙我那天是去看電影唱歌 而且那天不是第一次了 在更之前 他同事不知道介紹多少男生給他 夜店 唱歌 看電影 什麼都有 我只想跟你說 沒錯 護士這行業 以女生來說算累了 但是 在台灣有太多行業比護士還累 錢還比護士少 護士 大家會覺得辛苦 是因為他是女生做的 今天如果換成一個工人 領的錢還比護士少 工作比護士辛苦比護士累 但是他對女友敷衍 愛理不理 原因是因為工作很累 女友上來發文 這工人會被戰成什麼德性 絕對只有飛起來的份 為什麼 男女板感情問題那麼多 說穿了 不就是因為自私 一樣的事 就是會有兩套標準 專挑對自己有利的說 談戀愛 本來就要有犧牲 這是交往前就會知道的事 但是有太多人 只想享受談戀愛的爽 談戀愛的義務的犧牲 能閃則閃 能閉就閉 累 就可以對另一半敷衍嗎 就可以對另一半愛理不理嗎 比累 多少人比你累 多少人薪水比你少 護士再累 也是在有冷氣的環境下 輪班很辛苦 但是只要有輪班 也至少有個四萬 前女友領個五萬 一點也不困難 我以前在大太陽底下工作十幾個小時 一天領個八百 七點半上班 八點內褲就溼了 我敢敷衍女友嗎 我敢跟女友說 我好累唷 我們可以不要約會嗎 如果工人可以和護士交換工作 大家覺得是工人變輕鬆了 還是護士變輕鬆了 辛苦這東西 永遠也比不完 吹冷氣的講說很累 那叫那些曬太陽的情何以堪啊 來這邊不是要來戰工作的 工人和護士都很偉大 不過 工作是自己選的 戀愛是自己談的 這兩件事要做之前 難道自己會不清楚 往後會發生什麼事嗎 交了女友之後 才在說好煩唷 現在都不能看辣妹了 這種人 底下還有一堆人護航 就知道這社會病的多嚴重了 算了 雙重標準也不是一天兩天的事 我只想跟告訴你 你要做好心理準備 可以替這段感情收屍了 謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.42.117.44
