好運之類有 扇形攻擊的 就要抓最有利時機放大絕

這裡有一點是原先不挑明著講的
因為極少數擁有範圍控場抓的速度比法洛士慢(意味著被斷的機率或無作用功的機率過大)
法術飛行時間與感染條件,施放的時機與施放效果微妙
並且,若需要有前提控場的情況下
可以說沒有控場技不會全中的
在法洛士應用中的經典連段不難看出來

在於控場的想法很簡單,就單單是製造單方面優勢的技能
做不到效果不如依賴其他優勢
我不只是SUP角度看,我都知道,我也看到,通常法洛士不需要大絕或特色就塑造自己的價值
需要做的事是不同於其他英雄依賴大絕的心態(這很像死哥的牆,是否緩速不是重點)
這篇文章也是站在反方向的角度,以指出法洛是大絕的不足提升相同為SUP SONA的自信
但不是指因此可以放開基本功
那種情況就不是角色有利或不有利,純粹是太笨而已

【鉅亨網編譯郭照青】

美國股市周四中場大幅下挫，道瓊指數一度大跌達230點。思科裁員與Wal-Mart公布第二季財報令人失望，為股市帶來沉重壓力。

台北時間23:54

道瓊工業平均指數下跌183.39點或1.20%至15154.27。

Nasdaq指數下跌48.23點或1.31%至3621.38。

S&P 500指數下跌19.22點或1.15%至1666.17。

Wal-Mart (WMT-US)公布第二季美國銷售低於預期。另一家零售商Kohl's (KSS-US)公布第二季銷售上升，但獲利下降，並調降全年獲利預估。

該二公司財報，加上思科公司(Cisco)(CSCO-US)消息，使得股市大幅下挫。該網路設備製造商公布，因經濟情況困難，計劃裁員4000人。

經濟消息方面，美國公布上周初次申請失業金人數減少1.5萬至32萬人，減少人數多過預期。美國勞工部亦公布，7月消費者物價指數(CPI)上升0.2%，符合預期。CPI為主要的通貨膨脹指標。

投資人持續找尋線索，判斷聯準會(Fed)何時開始緊縮貨幣政策。

分析師說，投資人仍感到緊張，不確定Fed下個月是否開始縮減購債計劃。

其他企業消息方面，J.C. Penney (JCP-US)股價上漲，投資經理人索羅斯透露他持有該陷困境零售商的股權數量。

Gannett (GCI-US)股價下跌，由巴菲特所經營的投資機構伯克夏海瑟威公司出脫該報紙股票。伯克夏在向證券交易委員會(SEC)申報的資料中，透露了持有該公司股票內容。

伯克夏第二季亦買進Dish Network (DISH-US)與Suncor Energy (SU-US)股票，並加碼通用汽車股票。

歐洲股市於早場交易中走弱，隨美國股市下跌，亦受到亞洲股市疲弱影響。

亞洲股市今日收低，上海綜合指數下跌近1%。日經指數大跌2.1%，日元走強帶來壓力。香港恆生指數持平。

【陳宏銘／屏東報導】36歲的潘姓女子昨上午，通報消防救護其租屋處同住高姓女子（31歲）自殺，警消趕赴其租屋浴室，見高女胸部中五刀倒臥血泊早無生命跡象，因現場未見凶刀，警方在其住處旁草皮發現沾滿血的水果刀，潘女辯稱「前一晚吃了安眠藥後就睡了」，否認殺人，警方根據潘女左手有刀傷及衣服上有血跡痕，依殺人罪嫌移送。

屏東檢方今凌晨依重罪及逃亡之嫌聲押獲准。警方表示，該二女一個月前租住該處。案發當晚有鄰居指稱曾聽到很大吵鬧聲，至於案發原因，因潘女全盤否認，待進一步調查。

無音樂有圖好讀版 http://zpo0000.pixnet.net/blog/post/155239622 PTT文字專用版 【楊梅】歐風義大利麵館 大家好~~~~ 今天上班第一次放假的大支來啦~ 今天是大支上班後第一次輪休放假 本想今天會睡到天荒地老 但是八點就被制約自然醒了!!!! 只好來寫寫食記來流流口水吧! 大支大學讀的是中壢雙連坡上的中央大學 每天除了上課睡覺就是尋找美食 如果去過中央或是就讀中央的人會知道 中央是美食沙漠 所以我們都要跋山涉水才能得到好吃的東西 有一天大支突然想吃義大利麵 又不想跑到中原那邊吃 所以就上PPT去看中央附近有沒有好吃的麵 突然想到之前有看過中華電信研究所附近有家無名義大利麵 就看了看地址 便立馬驅車前往 他位於中壢過去新屋的途中 在中華電信研究所外 大支第一次去的時候 還整整迷路了十五分鐘 不過天從人願 還是讓我找到拉~ 店的外觀跟在google地圖上看到的一點都沒變 旁邊也滿好停車的 所以可以開車來吃 裡面的座位大約可以容納二十個人 菜單上洋洋灑灑有十六種選擇 沒想到這一小小間的店面也有那麼多料理 大支還沒有每一種都吃過 所以這次就把吃過的來介紹一遍 當你點完餐之後 老闆會拿出一大罐的酒瓶放在你面前 心理OS想 我喜歡品酒 但是也不用那麼好康拿一大罐的紳藍請客吧~ 後來聽老闆說 原來這不是威士忌 這是老闆煮的紅茶 紅茶不會太甜 很適合搭配著餐點一起喝 喝著喝著 感覺好像紅茶裡參著酒呢XDDDD 大支在這家店吃過四道菜 第一道就是法式奶油雞柳義大利麵 雞柳條不像外面的會乾乾沒汁 各個雞柳條都混和了白醬的奶油甜 雖然沒有其他多餘的餡料 但這樣乾乾淨淨搭配濃濃的白醬很吸引我 第二道是義式青醬海鮮義大利麵 海鮮的蝦和蛤蜊吃起來都很新鮮 我弟這個對海鮮過敏的人非常鮮 青醬的羅勒味道充斥在嘴裡 不是特別濃 所以不會很膩 搭配上海鮮大海的味道 整個超過它的價值 第三道是香煎雞腿排佐培根洋菇奶油 感覺料超級多 但是拿到的時候去沒有看到培根和洋菇 看到了很多三色豆 大支不喜歡吃三色豆 而且這個感覺是冷凍三色豆所做出來的 所以大支對它的好感就下降惹 不過煎過的雞腿排淋上白醬一起服用仍然有讓你飛上天的感覺 最後一道 也是大支最喜歡的一道 香烤起司雞腿排 煎過的雞腿排上面佐以起司烤過 雞腿排一點都不會老 一咬下去是滿滿的肉香加起司香 吃下去超級滿足 一口肉 一口飯 這樣大大的滿足 早就超過它的價值 也是我最推薦的一道菜! 整體來說大支覺得這間店不錯 CP值高 除了地理位址比較不好以外 其他都不錯 所以大支總是一來再來! 店名：歐風義大利麵館 電話：0933-511-551 地址：桃園縣楊梅市電研路146號 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.227.77.122

※ 引述《PiMinPaiMaPi (PNPMP)》之銘言： : 自救會駁斥 南鐵安置案是政客空包彈 : 　鐵路地下化案因反彈聲浪未消，前途未定，市區東西兩側仍被平交道阻隔。 : （記者吳孟珉攝） : 　記者吳孟珉／台南報導 : 　 : 反台南鐵路東移自救會十六日聲明，不解決「南鐵東移毫無必要」之事實， : 安置方案淪為混淆東移迫遷與政客說謊的工具；自救會並對市政府宣稱大埔 : 案之必要性有巨大爭議，而南鐵東移案則無的說法，表示完全無法認同。 : 　 : 為解決鐵路地下化爭議，市長賴清德指示提供額外的專案照顧住宅方案，於 : 東區生產路興建一處照顧住宅，供地下化工程拆遷的合法住戶以優惠條件選 : 購。全案公布後，賴清德並將率市府團隊逐里說明。 : 　 : 不過，自救會對照顧住宅案不領情，繼日前至民進黨黨中央抗議後，昨以聲 : 明稿駁斥，認為不解決「南鐵東移毫無必要」之事實，所謂「史無前例」的 : 安置方案根本是政客作秀的空包彈。 : 　 : 自救會並說，居民接受市府訂定之補償，安置方案還要等市府與建商聯合開 : 發後再跟市府「買」，形同被剝兩層皮。南鐵居民的居住型態與土地有緊密 : 連結，既然東移徵地毫無必要，工程結束土地歸還才是「完全補償」之唯一 : 途徑。 每次看到這個說法，都覺得自救會的想法是不是： 1.土地被徵收、房屋被拆掉，當然要給我補償金。 2.因為房屋被拆掉，你市府當然要安置我， 要安置我當然要給我房子，怎麼可以叫我花錢買？！ 結論： 讓我手上拿著錢，住進不用花錢買就有的、政府蓋的免費新家。這樣才對! 很遺憾的，現在我國法令只有給予補償金， 除非你是低收入戶或中低收入戶，政府才可以給予額外安置處理跟補助。 市府如果給了錢還額外免費奉送你房屋，那是違法圖利， 相信口口聲聲最討厭政府圖利特定人的自救會，應該也不能認同吧～～？ 修法這種事情，找立委才對喔~~~ : 　 : 另自救會認為，即便原軌地工程完成後做為公園道，也無法混淆南鐵不必東 : 移就可地下化之事實，台南古城市中心是否需要開闢四十米公園道乃屬都市 : 計畫學範疇，應由全市民共同決定。 : http://www.cdns.com.tw/20130817/news/nxyzh/T90016002013081619431542.htm　 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.164.74.175 ※ 編輯: EvilWind 來自: 218.164.74.175 (08/17 11:35)
