【李銘宏／台北報導】今天凌晨1時許，台北市敦化南路與基隆路口發生一起計程車與機車車禍，造成機車騎士手腳擦傷，送醫後並無大礙。

計程車司機表示，當時是正準備從基隆路左轉往敦化南路，機車突然衝出來，根本來不及踩剎車，機車騎士則否認闖燈，由於雙方都沒有喝酒，警方初步懷疑其中一方搶快才導致車禍發生，將調閱監視器釐清責任。

如標題 跟業代凹現金買車 但前提是必須要跟他買乙式全險(約39000)但是我看到版上 可以打折問題，所以我也問了業代,他才跟我說可以打八折但是條件需要更改 第一是只能賠償是我開的車,別人不可(如不打折可以不限對象,但基本上這台車 就是我開為主) 第二是原先可以凹四條輪胎已備未來使用,還有烤漆兩片-3片,現在是只剩下烤漆2-3片 想說這樣合理嗎? 第三 業代一直說競賽月過去價錢很難降(toyota)但是在不要電視的前提下業代 還是很勉為其難開出版上有位車主的價錢altis1.8e特仕車62.5的價錢 凹不到方向盤控制器4000 想說算了 對了 若不買保險是63萬 至於神單很多可是業帶有說因為南北不同 還有競賽月 或是親戚朋友關係 有時用別的肥單去補 也不是沒有道理,最誇張的是有位大大60現金 含電視 真的蠻厲害的 應該是在北都或國都才有可能吧! 以上是業代誠懇的告白 我是在南都的單 和62.5大大依樣 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.85.12.215

通訊晶片拉貨啟動，日月光凸塊稼動率衝鋒

隨著全球智慧型手機出貨不斷成長，通訊晶片的後段封測需求亦全面啟動，據了解IC封測大廠日月光(2311)自下週起，得力於手機晶片大廠Qualcomm重啟下單、且整體訂單量有所擴大，日月光晶圓凸塊(bumping)稼動率可望一舉升至90%以上，優於打線、測試等生產線Q2稼動率平均約80-85%的水準，先進封裝生產線持續衝鋒。

日月光今年Q2打線與覆晶封裝的稼動率約為80-85%水準，測試稼動率則約85%，進入Q3以來因訂單需求與機台數均增加，單季各生產線稼動率估計將持平Q2水準、或者微幅下滑。

近期以來，因通訊晶片需求回溫，其中尤以智慧型手機應用的高階封裝需求明顯走強，手機晶片大廠Qualcomm近日已強化對日月光凸塊產品的下單力道，日月光的晶圓凸塊稼動率將從下週起明顯上揚至90%以上水位，優於其他生產線稼動率水平，並可望一路挺進至季底。

據了解，Qualcomm先前有一批下在日月光的訂單，曾因工程問題而急踩煞車，不過供應鏈上消息傳出，隨著日月光解決相關問題，Qualcomm已同意復線生產，同時為因應總體出貨量不斷提昇的智慧型手機需求，Qualcomm在日月光下單產量更有所提昇，成為支撐日月光先進封裝稼動率的最大推手。

日月光在先進封裝領域向來投資不遺餘力，不僅凸塊封裝近期業績順利揚帆，Q3也將有較高比重的資本支出投入SiP(系統級封裝)的開發，預期在Q4就可看到投資SiP研發的回報。

根據日月光的預估，今年Q3封測材料營收將季增1-5%，毛利率則可望持平在Q2的24%高檔水位。

累計今年前7月，日月光封測材料營收為797.97億元，較去年同期成長9.7%；集團合併營收則為1164.81億元，較去年同期成長了11.3%。日月光上半年稅後盈餘60.51億元，年增15.4%，累計上半年EPS為0.79元。

因為婚禮第二次進場需要，想跳一小段舞，音樂大約2分28秒，因為跳舞的人都穿高跟鞋，所以舞步主要著重在手部，腳部只要簡單的動作就可以了，可以推見一下編舞老師及相關費用嗎，謝謝

今天牽一台 yamaha的摩托車 到桃園莊敬路上 尊爵飯店斜對面的一間機車行修車 因為 這台125的機車 很久沒騎 所以發不動 牽去車行後 說要換 電片 300元 化油器 4800元 電池 850元 清油路550元 總共算6000元 因為 發不動 所以牽去那間車行看 他拆一拆之後 說要換這些東西 說這樣的價格 家人覺得不合理 不想修 他們就說 裝回去要收工本費800元 = =" 想請問 這樣合理嗎？ 修6000元 很貴吧？我查網路上化油器頂多4300元（原廠的） 而且 感覺很坐地起價 我家人說 都是年輕人在修 亂喊價 老板不在 現在有點 被吭了 車子放在那 不修也不是 修了也不是 我們可以怎麼辦呢？ 另外想請問版友們 這樣是不是算貴了？ 不好意思 麻煩大家了 謝謝>"※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.40.116.208

22年前，當時的行政院長郝柏村，在一個細雨的夜晚，走進台北市立棒球場，觀看中華職棒總冠軍賽，現場球迷齊聲大喊「我們要巨蛋」。當那場比賽因為下雨而暫停，不知郝院長是否感受球迷的渴望？

22年過去，現任行政院長江宜樺，也在一個細雨的夜晚，走進新北市新莊棒球場，觀看中華職棒比賽。這一次，球迷沒有把心中的渴望喊出來。如果有呼聲，喊的會是什麼？

「給我第五隊！」

這個意見，應該能夠獲得大多數球迷的共鳴。台灣職棒隊伍數目，從職棒元年1990年的4隊、1993年擴編成6隊、再到兩聯盟時期最多11隊、2003年合併精簡成6隊、2008年季後又縮減為4隊。4支隊伍，對戰變化太少，欠缺新鮮感，話題炒作不易，影響職棒發展。

經過多年簽賭案摧殘，台灣職棒終於在今年，看到回春景象，因此球迷對「第五隊」的需求，變得更加熱切。只是，都過了快半年，「第五隊」別說人下來，連樓梯響都沒聽到，倒是不時看到「行政院老棒隊」打比賽。

球迷都能體諒，「找第五隊」有一定難度，要找到願意出錢組隊、玩職棒的企業，不是那麼容易。然而，政府部門盡力了嗎？為什麼南韓的諸多大企業，願意組職棒隊，打造穩固的職棒經營基礎，但台灣的大企業卻沒有？ (接下一頁)

台韓混血歌手Bii（畢書盡）日前上台視《愛玩咖》到苗栗出外景，不料一現身便造成轟動，引來大批群眾圍觀，主持群急忙跳出來維持秩序，要大夥乖乖排隊，Bii直呼：「這裡真是個熱情的好地方，下次一定要把媽媽從韓國接來玩。」

「愛Smell」單元在苗栗街頭進行義賣，遇到熱情大姊粉絲要求愛的抱抱，郭彥甫更獻出了鏡頭前的「忘年之吻」。歌手Bii（畢書盡）外型俊俏，一出現便民眾蜂擁而至、熱情圍觀，讓義賣隊伍寸步難行，主持群2moro、宋米秦和Cindy趕緊跳出來維持秩序。

近來天氣熱到破表，皮膚白皙的宋米秦在搭熱氣球時曾被曬到中暑，只能強迫自己多多補充水分，而Cindy在海邊出外景，之後還得靠刮痧解熱。經驗老道的2moro自有妙方，郭彥甫會在工作結束後，全身泡冷水降溫；郭彥均則是猛灌礦泉水，並擦蘆薈保濕露。

總是生龍活虎的兩兄弟，節目中頻出奇招，大玩角色扮演模仿「李昌遇」、「戴立缸」搞笑，更犧牲色相「露點」泡溫泉、敷面膜，就連宋米秦也包浴巾上陣，性感指數破表，讓2moro大飽眼福直呼：「有這麼好的『待遇』，出外景再熱再累也拚了。」
