分享有換到荷花、怪盜魚的成功經驗，如下圖：

1、全程只有3次有加速過1元寶，其他包括換荷花魚，我都是選完材料後，便讓系統跑時間，未使用元寶加速。

19位監察委員今天發表聯合聲明，說明監察院第二次審查基隆市長張通榮彈劾案的情況，同時對監察院長王建煊近日發言發表看法，嚴詞譴責王建煊羞辱監察院。

十九位監察委員聯合聲明如下：

一、彈劾權為監察權之核心，是以現行法制對彈劾權之行使，設計至為嚴密。彈劾案應由二位以上委員提議，需經九至十三位委員組成審查會，聽取彈劾理由、檢視法律依據、提出相關詢問，再無記名投票，以為定奪。第一次審查會未成立之彈劾案，提案委員如有異議，應由另外九至十三名委員再組成審查會，進行第二次審查，才走完全程。

憲法要求監察委員超越黨派獨立行使職權，因之提案委員固有所本，審查委員亦應敬慎敬謹；彈劾案最後成立或不成立，非憑獨斷，而是監察委員多數意志之表現。當此之時，彈劾案不論成立或不成立，相關委員向來相安無事，處之泰然。以彈劾張通榮案為例，簽署本聯合聲明之委員，即贊成者有之，反對者亦有之。

二、基隆市長張通榮被彈劾案，二次審查皆未成立，主要係因多數參與審查委員，認為事情肇因於刁民違法鬧事與民代關說，市長應召前去，處理時左支右絀，忽卑忽亢，固屬事實，但張通榮之表現乃當前劣質民主與地方自治生態之遺憾。張通榮諸多言行，令人厭惡，但令人厭惡，並不構成彈劾理由。一般民眾乃至於媒體並未看到調查報告，也未看到彈劾案文，所以各是其是，事所難免，但參與審查之委員，必須一本良知，庶可無愧職守。至於刑事罪罰與行政違失，未必連動，此監察法施行細則第二十七條規範明確。司法、監察二權分立，院外人士或可不明，院內成員皆知之甚詳。

三、詎料，本院王建煊院長於八月十四日上下午，兩度召集媒體，除指斥彈劾案未成立外，並對監察院之成員結構信口雌黃，對監察權之存廢，多所譏評。

按：「監察院院長對於彈劾案，不得指使或干涉」乃監察法第十二條之明文，王建煊院長明知故犯，令人驚訝不已；至於身為現任監察院長卻對我國設置監察權之憲法精義，語多羞辱，尤令人不敢置信。

四、吾等委員，為正社會視聽，不得已聯名簽署此一聲明。本屆委員之工作表現，自當虛心接受公評，甚至於監察院之存廢，大家也可理性討論。惟吾等一向自勉忠於國家，忠於人民，忠於職責；耿耿此心，亦盼各方明鑑。

趙榮耀、趙昌平、馬以工、葉耀鵬、林鉅鋃、黃武次、黃煌雄、尹祚芊、錢林慧君、杜善良、劉玉山、洪昭男、葛永光、余騰芳、高鳳仙、劉興善、洪德旋、李復甸、吳豐山。

【黃仲瑜／新北報導】今天深夜0時許，國道3號南下過中和交流道發生一起小客車自撞車禍，副駕駛座一名女子雙腳遭變形車體夾住，警消人員抵達現場後，破壞車體後將女子救出，連同男性駕駛一起送醫急救。
 
駕駛林男表示，當時欲變換車道時閃避車輛不慎失控撞擊中央分隔護欄，事故造成女子右大腿骨折，駕駛林男則是左上臂骨折，送醫時不斷哀嚎；警方指出，在車上有發現含酒精飲料，林姓男子是否有酒駕違規，仍待醫院抽血檢驗後才能釐清。

聯想在本季打敗惠普（HP）躍身全球最大PC品牌，儘管整個PC業出現下滑，但公司當季收入仍實現成長。

受惠於智慧型手機及平板電腦銷售成長，聯想截至6月30日止未經審計的第1財季業績顯示，季淨利成長達到歷來第二高，季營收為過去五季以來第二高，同時無論淨利或營收表現都優於分析師預期。

根據集團在港交所公布的財報，第1財季淨利比一年前成長了23.04%，達約1.74億美元（約新台幣52億元），每股盈利為0.016美元。之前，接受彭博資訊調查的10位分析師平均預期聯想淨利為1.67億美元。

聯想第1季營收攀升至87.87億美元（約新台幣2,632億元），成長率9.7%，優於彭博彙整16名分析師預測均值為84.9億美元。

聯想營收成長主要是由行動網路和數位家庭（MIDH）業務帶動，業績比去年同期大幅成長1.05倍，PC業務也略微成長2%；至於其他商品及服務的收入則下滑2%。

就市占率而言，聯想PC在全球市場上升至第一位，市占率上升1.7個百分點至16.7%，創歷史新高；平板電腦升至全球第五。智慧手機方面，業內初步估計，聯想全球出貨量達史上新高的1,140萬支，並較一年前成長一倍以上，排名第四。

隨著黑莓機計畫求售，外界密切觀察聯想是不是最後買家，聯想首席執行長楊元慶表示，「我們一定會在PC和手機領域中尋找契機，這個產業正處於整併期，如果找到對的目標，就應該把握機會。」

市場認為，聯想正在找尋PC和智慧型手機的收購目標，藉此擴大在這些產品的市占率，楊元慶表示，聯想將會更「積極」收購公司，但拒絕透露特定收購標的。

之前市場就傳出聯想曾與IBM洽談過，計畫收購其旗下部分伺服器事業，但雙方在價格上並無達成共識。

聯想首席財務長黃偉明1月曾表示，公司正在評估包括黑莓等的潛在收購目標和策略結盟；聯想3月時又說，並未將黑莓當作目標來特別評估

報導新鴻基金融集團駐香港分析師Stephen Yang表示，聯想今年有幾次的大型收購近乎定案，相信今年會有交易成交。
