（中央社台北12日電）統計顯示，今年上半年中國黃金消費量達706.36噸，年增53.7%，其中金條消費成長86.5%。大陸業內人士說，黃金消費大增除與「大媽搶金」有關，更與「大家搶金」有關。

中國黃金協會今天發布統計數據，在706噸黃金消費中，首飾用金為383.86噸，年增43.6%；金條用金為278.8噸，年增86.5%；金幣用金10.87噸，年增1.1%；工業用金24噸，年減1.6%。

中新社引述數據報導，今年上半年，國際金價從年初的每盎司1675美元跌到6月底的每盎司1234美元，累計下降27%。

由於國際金價下跌，「中國大媽」四、五月間掀起一波搶購黃金的熱潮，其中金條、首飾尤其受到青睞。

中國黃金協會副會長張炳南表示，全世界不僅「中國大媽」在搶金，中國也不僅「普通鄰居大媽」搶金，全球各種收入階層的消費者都在集中性購買黃金。

與此同時，上半年中國黃金產量為192.82噸，年增8.94%。這意味著上半年中國出產黃金的數量遠遠低於消費的數量。

匯豐銀行日前表示，中國大陸6月從香港進口黃金的總量為101噸，比去年同期的40噸增加一倍多。1020812

沙鹿火車站跨站工程　一個月內可望啟用

【林世雄／台中報導】立法委員林佳龍今天與市議員楊典忠在台鐵及市府官員陪同下，前往沙鹿火車站會勘，台鐵方面表示，市府相關單位將於下週三（14日）至車站進行消防檢查，如果檢查通過，將取得使用執照。台鐵表示，如果一切順利話，延宕兩年的跨站工程，一個月內可望啟用。

林佳龍表示，沙鹿火車站跨站工程原訂2011年4月完工，但遲遲未驗收，民眾抱怨，電動手扶梯是「看的到卻用不到」，他希望台鐵應加快腳步，讓沙鹿地區搭火車的民眾能有更好的搭車空間。

指揮中心提醒民眾，若需前往大陸，要避免接觸鳥禽，食用鳥禽類，必須確定熟食，注意個人衛生、勤洗手，以避免感染。若是返國後發生流感症狀，應該告知機場工作人員，戴口罩，並趕緊就醫。

大陸廣東省衛生廳表示，疑似感染H7N9的陳姓女雞販目前病危，正積極治療中，36名密切接觸者尚未發現異常。中央流行疫情指揮中心指出，已將廣東省旅遊疫情建議調升為第2級警示(Alert)，並說明H7N9流感病毒一直都存在，只是天氣熱容易染病。

據報導，大陸廣東省疑似感染H7N9的51歲的陳姓女雞販，從事家禽屠殺工作多年，目前已發燒一週，病危搶救中。當地農業部門曾到陳女工作場所檢驗，並未發現禽流感病毒，目前已知密切接觸的36人都安然無恙。

H7N9疫情累計至今共有134名確診病例，其中44人死亡，讓人擔心疫情會在秋天時大爆發。疾管署副署長莊人祥解釋，禽流感只是天氣熱時傳播較難、感染，但大陸的養殖場的禽類，一直有H7N9病毒，民眾必須提高警覺。

疾管署提醒民眾，若需前往大陸，要避免接觸鳥禽，食用鳥禽類，必須確定熟食，注意個人衛生、勤洗手，以避免感染。若是返國後發生流感症狀，應該告知機場工作人員，戴口罩，並趕緊就醫。

雲林縣下屆縣長選舉，民進黨立委李應元、劉建國與前代理縣長李進勇等3人激烈角逐提名；同黨的前縣議員林新丁最近也在全縣豎起20多面大型看板，爭取黨內提名。

林新丁今天說，民進黨全國代表大會決議排除「黨員投票」做為提名依據，黨內將走向「全民調」真正民主讓他信心大增，因此決定參加黨內初選，爭取提名參選縣長。

民進黨雲林縣黨部副執行長林鴻文表示，黨中央提名辦法最近會出爐，最後人選產生方式是採全民調、協調或逕行徵召等都有可能，將由黨中央決定人選後，縣黨部全力輔選。

【大紀元2013年08月10日訊】亞馬遜將僱七千人本地受益

電子商務龍頭亞馬遜公司(Amazon Inc.)近日宣佈，將在美國13個州增招7千名員工，其中包括賓州和德拉華州。

亞馬遜表示，其在美國的物流中心將在現有2萬名員工的基礎上再招5千名全職員工，他們的工作是包裝商品和根據顧客的訂單發貨。亞馬遜在本地區的兩個物流中心也將招聘新人，它們分別在德拉華州的米德爾敦市（Middletown）和賓州的布瑞尼士威爾市（Breinigsville）。此外，亞馬遜公司的客戶服務部門也將招聘2千名全職、兼職和季節性員工。

最近亞馬遜在擴展其物流中心和倉庫網絡，以提供更快捷的貨運服務。現在很多亞馬遜客戶選擇隔天交貨服務，該公司正努力為一些項目提供當天交貨服務，因此需要增加物流中心的人員配置。

亞馬遜公司在網絡上的快速發展，對許多傳統的零售商業造成很大傷害，例如書籍零售商 Barnes & Noble書店、電子產品零售商百思買（Best Buy）、家居用品零售商Bed Bath & Beyond商店，都深感壓力。而兩年前全美第二大連鎖書店Borders Group也由於受到其衝擊而倒閉，導致當年1萬多人失業。

費城市府計劃出售燃氣公司

費城市府日前宣佈計劃出售已有176年曆史的費城燃氣公司（Philadelphia Gas Works ，PGW），費城燃氣公司初步估值高達18.5億美元，成交後費城市府可淨賺近500萬美元。

費城市府已發出邀請，要求有意願的投標人證明其有足夠資金及專業能力購買和經營燃氣公司。燃氣公司未來的新業主須在費城保留公司總部及一定數量的員工至少三年，並履行勞動合同，繼續給高齡顧客以優惠及保持其它的折扣計劃。

有資格的潛在買家須在10月提交一份指示性出價，並由此產生入圍名單。市府希望12月與中標者開始談判出售交易。達成的任何交易必須經多級政府包括市議會和州「公用事業委員會」（Public Utility Commission）批准。

費城力推低鹽中餐

費城市府正與200多家中餐館合作，以降低中餐館最熱賣的一些餐點的鈉鹽含量，希望能減少費城人患高血壓。

這個名為「少鹽健康飲食」的項目，力促餐館將餐點的鈉鹽含量減少10％至15％，尤其針對餐館最流行的菜：「雞撈麵」和「西蘭花蝦」。該項目還為廚師提供低鈉鹽烹飪培訓。自項目實施18個月以來，「公共衛生部」對參加該項目的20家餐館進行了調查，發現這兩個菜的平均鈉鹽含量減少了20％。試驗開始時「雞撈麵」每份平均鈉含量3,200毫克，現在則為2,560毫克,但仍高於聯邦推薦每天最多攝入2300毫克鈉鹽的標準。「西蘭花蝦」在試驗前鈉鹽含量平均為1,900毫克，現在則約為1,520毫克。

費城市府和聯邦為此項目提供資助，該項目計劃每年在每個餐館花費1,000美元。該項目主要針對高血壓患病率高的低收入非裔和拉丁裔社區的餐館。

賓州將採用新高中證書測試

賓州教育廳於8月7日（週三）宣佈，將從2014年起採用新的高中證書測試（GED），該測試難度將加大，但能更好地檢測學生上大學和開始職業生涯的能力。

賓州現行的高中證書測試始於2002年，設有5個科目，學生只有全部通過才能拿到高中畢業證書。賓州教育廳表示，今年12月底前沒有通過全部科目考試的學生將從明年一月起以新的測試全部重考。新的高中證書測試只有4部份，將在電腦上考試。如果學生如有特殊需求，也可選擇書面考試。

【綜合報導】雖然在今天晚上的亞錦賽準決賽中，中華台北隊輸給了勁敵伊朗隊，但賽後伊朗隊當家中鋒、身高2.18公尺的長人哈達迪(Hamed Haddadi)在接受媒體訪問時，不忘盛讚中華台北，他認為這屆亞錦賽中「中華台北更強」，「我覺得中華台北隊更難打一些，中國男籃這屆亞錦賽表現不好，台北隊在進攻和防守上都做得更好」。

哈達迪在今晚的比賽中貢獻了17分14籃板，表現出色，根據搜狐網報導，有美國職籃（NBA）資歷的哈達迪在比賽結束後，邊走邊大喊「寶貝，我們要去西班牙了」，為伊朗隊晉級明年的西班牙世界盃高興。賽後記者會上他也坦承，自己有5次失誤，且沒有蓋半次火鍋，很不滿意。

在這間家族企業忍氣吞聲忍了很久前情提要 http://ppt.cc/PPd7 除了上述國王人馬的事情外第一個爆點是叫我每個月兩次去遙遠的外據點送薪水(車程來回約1.5小時) 而且還不是上班時間送，每次都是快到下班時間才叫我送不管颳大風下大雨，一定要去，送一趟回到家中都已經晚上八九點每次送每次都累的半死，之前溝通過數次，不理就是不理，拼命裝傻。第二個爆點，兼差當他們家御用司機，在辦公室常常接到一通電話就要放下手邊工作去接董事長或是跑去其他地方最誇張的一次叫我早上六點半從高雄開車去台中處理事情，限我下午三點前回來沒給任何出差費，沒叫我回來先休息，甚至連一聲感謝也沒有，好像應該的一樣當天下午回來後累到快虛脫，還是進辦公室處理事情，把事情都忙完才下班。第三個爆點，明明應徵的是法務，照理說工作內容是處理法律相關但實際上工作內容卻是雜務，公司只要有任何會議，一定馬上通知的我去開派我去只是因為找不到人頭，只好叫我去，除了開會外包括不定時的公祭、送貨、收信、送公文，連折金紙都要我來最扯的是連她們家浴室漏水也要我處理，一個人當十個人用也不是這樣。這些這些.....其實看開了，不管合理不合理都無所謂小弟也不是這麼草莓，抗壓性沒這麼低真正的爆點在於，這間家族企業，公司老闆平常不管事只會出一張嘴，沒有實權也沒有當老闆的gets 公司大大小小事情，全部落在老闆娘身上，不巧老闆娘情緒十分火爆情緒控管也有問題，凡是聽到她不想聽的答案，劈頭就是一陣狂罵重點是還會罵三字經，甚至對底下員工說 "你們怎麼不去死"。每天辦公室都被搞的烏煙瘴氣，上班氣氛很差然後動不動就要我發存證信函，動不動就要扣員工薪水勞健保高薪低報、沒有上下班打卡記錄、沒有特休、沒有三節還有些更黑暗的，就不多說了。然後，小弟學歷國立中字輩碩士，給我多少.........25K 25K我寧願去蹲事務所，也不用這樣被人格羞辱提示一下，這間公司在高雄港區裡面，1111跟591都有刊登徵人廣告。人員流動率很高，幾乎每天都在面試，還在找工作的，千萬不要踏此地雷阿! http://ppt.cc/mQhx -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.174.119.17
