受尤特颱風外圍環流影響，墾丁各海域海浪逐漸升高，且不穩定，墾丁國家公園管理處今天視各海域狀況進行插紅旗警示。

墾管處表示，目前的海象變化大，看似穩定的浪況，可能瞬間增高到1至2米，呼籲遊客看見海灘插有紅色警戒旗幟時，不要下水遊玩，務必遠離海域，以免發生危險。

【綜合報導】熱浪席捲英國，今年截至目前測到的最高溫出現在希斯羅，氣溫來到攝氏34.1度，高溫加上豪雨將肥料沖刷到湖泊和池塘中，造成大量藍綠藻繁殖，從威爾斯到諾爾佛克濕地，都可看到藍綠藻覆蓋整片水面。
 
過多的藍綠藻恐汙染水質，導致魚類缺氧致死，藍綠藻產生的毒素也恐危害生物健康，截至目前為止已傳出24隻狗，因藍綠藻中毒身亡，雖然藍綠藻過度繁殖的問題，每年夏天都會出現，當地環保局表示今年似乎更加嚴重，為防止大量魚類死亡，環保局人員出動幫浦以增加河水中的氧氣量。

我所見到常見的加班情形 業界很多案子都是多人完成 假設一個案子兩個人一起做 東西總是沒有作完的一天 而且台灣業界的排程都是假的 當然最好就是ASAP 你下班他就做到死 明天被幹 他下班換你做到死 明天幹他 不知不覺兩個人都不敢走.. 業界還有一層一層的關係 副總對老闆負責 協理對副總負責 經理對協理負責 然後課長主任一直下去 假如今天你主管對你還不錯 沒是請你喝飲料吃飯 要求加班但你不加班明天就會發現主管被上面臭罵 然後你就會內疚心虛 不知不覺以後就默默加班了 但總會有勇者不加班的 但往往下班都是偷偷摸摸去刷卡 最好外套包包都放在車子上 看起來只是去上個廁所~~ 鑰匙不能搖晃出聲音 然後偷偷摸摸走了 但是上面也有辦法處理這種人 下班時間招開定期會議 假設五點下班就五點招開 或更厲害六點以後招開會議 這種情況就算是勇者也不太敢偷偷摸摸走 這些是不是自願的我不知道 但如果對一些找工作可能都有問題的人 或是工作很久已經無法轉業的人 拒絕加班可能很快就掰掰了 至於要如何不加班 就是身體力行每天準時走 被罵不加班不配合也不會痛 左耳進右耳出 主管被痛電你也無感 慢慢地營造出大家都知道你絕對不加班的認知 然後主管也不敢再丟過多的工作給你 老闆也看開決定多增加一些人力 但前提是你要有本事不被趕走或有不可取代的能力... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.224.79.60

【黃子騰／新北報導】新北市三重1名28歲的林姓男子，今天上午8時許不明原因墜樓，路人聽到巨大聲響發現有人墜樓趕緊報警。救護人員到場發現林男倒臥在公寓大門前，立即將他送醫。所幸林男意識清醒僅口角流血並無大礙。

林男向警方表示他是自3樓住處墜樓，因墜樓時先壓到機車坐墊後才落地，因此幸運地僅受輕傷。面對警方詢問墜樓原因時，林男卻避而不答，在醫院包紮傷口後隨即快閃離開。

圖文：http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog/post/32521825 時間：2013/7 正如每次到嘉義畢竟會吃一家火雞肉飯一樣，來到彰化也會吃一家爌肉飯。 彰化的爌肉飯從早餐到宵夜都各有店鋪，早上場與下午場的幾家店我大概都 嚐過了，就是宵夜場的比較沒有機會嚐，這次的中南部小吃輕旅行總算是有 機會來吃宵夜場的爌肉飯。 魚市場爌肉飯也算是彰化市區裡的傳奇爌肉飯店，正如以前的嘉義微笑火雞 肉飯一樣，都是營業時間異於一般店家，但魚市場並無微笑那麼另類，他在 晚上九點四十時開始營業，主打宵夜場，簡直是意圖使人肥胖。雖然很晚才 開門，但生意卻還是十分好。另外附近還有一家叫魚市爌肉飯，與魚市場爌 肉飯只差一個字，剛開始我還搞混，不過兩家的營業時間不同，魚市場開的 時候，魚市早就打烊了，所以也別怕跑錯家。 爌肉飯＄45 魚市場的爌肉使用的是漂亮的半月後腿肉，肥瘦均勻，如半月般的豬皮包裹 著瘦肉，爌肉滷得軟嫩，筷子不需太過費力便能輕易將皮肉夾斷，瘦肉的部 份不甘柴；肥肉的部份軟膩不油，入口即化，口味是標準的彰化風味，微微 的甜味不死鹹。滷汁亦然，微甜而香，搭配著較硬些的米飯，一口爌肉一口 米飯，實在令人滿足，一碗食完也不覺得膩口，這是彰化爌肉的特色，不油 不膩不重鹹，份量與口味恰到好處，不管是早點、午餐或宵夜，都很適合。 滷白菜＄20 魚市場的滷白菜頗為豐富，除白菜之外還有瘦肉與豬皮，白菜甜味十足也不 油膩，瘦肉塊倒也不少，挺清爽夠味的小菜。 魚市場爌肉飯 地址：彰化市中正路二段320號 電話：04-7629160 -- 一個人的美食、旅行與生活...柔藍食單 http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.165.2.62
