標題[心得] 防不勝防，防曬救不了我。

第一次在ptt發文就是慘痛經驗 前陣子和同事一起迷上水果美白，幾乎是每天吃一顆奇異果+檸檬+芭樂，加上使用卡尼爾美白淡斑精華塗抹，好不容易持續了兩個月，腳和手的色差終於比較不明顯，臉部皮膚也比較透亮，可喜可賀。 殊不知去了一趟野台演唱會，一下午都在烈日的荼毒下渡過，雖然沒有穿小外套，不過有撐傘， 也有1個小時補擦防曬，（身體是用蜜妮藍瓶白蓋spf48，臉部是curel spf25），想說應該可以撐過去。 沒想到……回到家看著自己就是慘不忍賭來形容，手上的曬班整個冒出來，整個變斑點妹，色差比之前還明顯，腳背也變成兩截，經過那一天深深被打敗，一般上班騎車這兩瓶防曬還是可以發揮作用，如果是在在戶外長時間覺得很不夠力，儘管有補擦還是會曬黑，兩個月的努力瞬間歸零，我恨夏天:-(。 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.135.4

行政院日前拍板定案「第三方支付」，招致市場批評「不符合現有需求」，政府誠意做足，再度邀請各部會及相關業者，討論第三方支付業者從事儲值業務，其中歐付寶總經理林一泓表示，之前拍板定案時，可接受，但不是很滿意，但政府持續努力與業者溝通開會，滿意度愈來愈高！

日前針對銀行公會所規劃銀行受理客戶以網路方式開立「儲值支付帳戶」機制，多數業者表達支持或肯定「儲值支付帳戶」機制的推動，未來第3方支付服務將採雙軌模式，其中與銀行業者合作，由銀行提供儲值，並由銀行公會規劃金融機構「網路儲值支付帳戶」機制，開辦線上儲值帳戶；另一種則是非銀行的第三方支付業者依循《電子票證發行管理條例》，資本額必須3億元以上，與現階段第三方支付業者型態規範不合，被批評穿「不合身衣服」。

林一泓強調，政府誠意做足，持續與業者開會討論，相當肯定！未來還要聽取各界意見，才會有完整的專法，非銀行業從事第三方支付儲值業務，每戶限額1萬元太少，8月底正式實行第三方支付承作相關業務後，就會提相關數據讓政府檢討，才決定要求是否再開放額度，同時也希望第三方支付儲值業務盡快訂出新法源，而不是依據《電子票證發行管理條例》，這是與現實狀況較為不合的。

一個月內牙痛了兩次 才發現原來自己有智齒 = = 前兩次發炎分別去了青青跟全家福 一家說超好拔不一定要拔 一家說不好拔建議要拔 ...XD 於是預約了板上大推的壢新醫院王宏仁醫師 想說大家都說不痛那應該不會痛 先照了x光 http://www.wretch.cc/album/show.php?i=woosaha&b=44&f=1397872654 左上那顆 王醫師也說建議拔掉 打了兩針麻醉 的確不怎麼痛 小時候根管的麻醉怎麼超痛 過了五分鐘吧？(沒看時間) 就開始拔 唔 不是不會痛嗎 怎麼還是有點不舒服XDDDD 醫師問有這麼痛嗎 補了一針麻醉(也有稍微痛) 然後跟我說已經好了(驚！不到五秒吧！) 然後我就開始笑(我也不知道為什麼 =.=) 我以為完全不會痛的啊...Q_Q 還好也才五秒 就覺得牙齒被扯的時候有點微痛而已 還是說這個痛已經是不痛了XDD 畢竟我也沒拔過牙齒無從比較 整體來說還是很推薦 超級迅速只是並非無感XD (還是我麻醉劑量不夠？或是期待太高XD) 目前麻藥退了 沒啥感覺@_@ 不知道是不是因為麻醉後有吞止痛藥的關係 很好很好 結論 我真怕痛 以後不想生小孩 (哪招XD) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.251.128.99
