行政院長江宜樺10日形容，兩岸在亞錦籃球賽的對決，中華藍球隊是光明正大改寫兩岸對決史上的紀錄。

中華隊在亞錦賽打敗中國大陸隊，江宜樺除了拍發賀電，為此表示激賞，「相當興奮」、「全國民眾都與有榮焉」，他也希望中華隊於四強賽中再創佳績。

江揆還說，中華隊9日在國際賽事上寫下歷史新頁。台灣雖是男籃亞錦賽的創辦國之一，但在1975年因政治因素被取消男籃亞錦賽參賽資格，1985年才重返亞錦賽。由於我面對大陸隊從未取勝，9日對決，中華隊是光明正大改寫兩岸對決史上的紀錄。

我從未懷疑過，一群受過高等教育的大學生擔任文化大使代表臺灣出國去會有甚麼問題，然而近日從網路上中華民國外交部國際青年大使團出訪各國的行前準備照片陸續看見，青年身穿自以為象徵原住民文化的傳統服裝，興高采烈準備宣揚國威，卻讓網路另一端的我有著部落耆老的心情，擔心這群孩子衣服沒穿好就出門，貽笑大方。

最讓人驚訝的是象徵「臺灣第一學府」的「臺灣大學」，也出乎意料出現錯誤示範原住民服飾的團隊，穿著上真的看不出到底是代表哪一個原住民族群。「臺灣大學」是追溯原住民文化史料的指標學校，校園內尚有專屬展館，展出古老經典的原住民相關文物，也出版許多相關書籍，還能出此錯誤示範，讓人無法理解。

難以想像在這狀況連篇的外交部國際青年大使團幕後，是出自怎樣的觀點在看待原住民？制度上對於文化認知的訓練與要求又是如何？這會導致友邦如何看待我國國際青年大使團的文化史觀與民族觀？非洲奈及利亞小說家Chimamanda Adichie在TEDTalks分享她的經驗「單一故事的危險性」，說明如果對於某人某地只有單一故事，將會導致傷害人的偏見，多元的知識來源與廣泛攝取生活訊息才能找到「真正的聲音」。

從這些事情可以察覺，國際青年大使團的訓練結構，正是一連串錯誤觀點累積造成的結果，如同「吳鳳」的故事在教育體系開始深植錯誤觀點，傳播原住民酗酒、懶惰、砍人頭的刻板印象。很多人以為「吳鳳」的單一故事事件，只是造成國人對原住民族群的傷害而已，但是從教育的另一個角度來看，今日「國際青年大使團」在學生身上所呈現的錯誤示範，已能清晰察看臺灣對多元文化的整體教育及族群認識如此貧瘠，誤以為單單唱歌跳舞就能展現在地多元性，簡直是欺瞞友邦。

至於辦理及參與此計畫的外交部、學校及教授，在態度上過於兒戲，在文化教育的專業度也失責，讓參與青年未能盡全力認識臺灣各族群，只用套裝活動流程年復一年按部就班演出做為娛樂效果，失去「國際青年大使團」應展現的國格與文化的精緻性。

強烈籲請外交部正視此一嚴重性，提出可供青年正確學習的周邊配套措施，將代表臺灣的原住民族文化，驕傲光榮地帶出國外。

【綜合報導】英國昨日才傳出一隻攻擊力極強的鵰鴞(Eurasian Eagle Owl)走失，今日又傳出一條近2公尺的蟒蛇「阿寶」(Bo)也「離家出走」主人史汪(Damion Swann)擔心牠會四處覓食。

史汪表示，阿寶上周在家中的後花園曬太陽，不料阿寶一時興起，突然「離家出走」，最後不知所終。史汪認為阿寶不會對人類有威脅，但由於已經有2周沒有進食，相信一些小動物如白兔或體型細小的貓，會是其獵食目標，呼籲鄰居們要小心看管好小動物，不然就會成為阿寶的大餐。

本人長期在國外,此次回國卻因詐欺被扣押,原因為用別人名義辦電話門號.但實際上我根本不在台灣.(已經去移民屬開立證明)
8/14開偵查庭,我有幾個問題請教,
1,有沒可能請人(父親)代理我出庭?
2,有沒可能高利貸報假案騙我出面?
3因護照之前被通緝(在國外未收到也未到案導致)而被撤銷,那法院已開歸案證明,多久才可以辦護照?可以要求法官提前嗎?因為聽人說歸案15日內外交部那裡資料才取消,但我國外還有很多事要處理.

【吳秀樺／台北報導】受到大客戶平板與筆電出貨調整的影響，瑞儀（6176）第2季單季合併營收降到127.9億元，較首季下滑近27%，年減近40%，毛利率也由首季的13.11%在第2季降到11.03%，稅後純益只有7.46億元，季減超過4成，單季EPS1.6元，低於上季EPS2.87元。
 
累計瑞儀上半年合併營收約近301.84億元，年減約22%，稅後純益20.42億元EPS約4.39元。瑞儀指出，今年第2季營收與獲利均同步衰退，主要是受到主力客戶的產品出貨同步下滑，包括中尺寸產品如平板電腦出貨量季減近2成，而監視器背光模組出貨量季減超過4成，進而衝擊到整體的業績表現。
 
展望第3季開始進入旺季，隨著筆電、平板電腦、監視器與電視模組產品等新機種出貨的帶動下接下來營收將有機會走高，第3季營收上看150億元，預估將較第2季成長15~20%。
