一名男大生平日住在學校宿舍，假日時後才返家。日前他與剛滿16歲的妹妹擠同床睡覺，半夜時刻竟然對妹妹「伸狼爪」，妹妹先是隱忍不說，之後哥哥再犯，竟要求妹妹幫他「口交」，妹妹終於崩潰向同學泣訴，哥哥的惡行才被揭發。檢方依乘機性交和強至性交罪起訴，並請求法院加重其刑。

這對兄妹因都還在念書，平日都住在學校宿舍，假日時才返家。家中本有2間房可睡，但其中一間較為凌亂，2兄妹的父母便決定讓他們睡同床。根據《蘋果日報》報導，今年2月17日凌晨，哥哥見一旁的妹妹熟睡時，竟然心起淫念，先是脫掉妹妹的上衣，之後再以手指性侵下體得逞。

妹妹當時嚇了一跳，無法相信哥哥是狼，只好繼續裝睡；不料1個月後，哥哥竟然又對妹妹上下其手，甚至還逼她口交，她一度尖叫反抗，直呼「哥哥你不能這樣，我是你妹妹！」但仍被哥哥性侵得逞，妹妹不敢告訴父母，回到學校時向同學哭訴，才讓這起惡行曝光。

父母得知後不敢置信，台北地檢署依強制性交罪對哥哥起訴，且因妹妹未成年，並依兒少法加重其刑期二分之一。

【大紀元2013年08月11日訊】台灣電視劇《親愛的，我愛上別人了》前晚（8月9日）舉辦殺青宴，面對該劇最後衝出高收視率，成功吸引熟齡的觀眾，天心淚謝製作團隊與觀眾支持；來自大馬的演員李銘順也開心的表示：「人家都說我來台灣發展有些晚，但演完這部戲我可以驕傲地說：『不會』！」

《親》劇歷經四個多月的工作拍攝，全體工作人員早培養出深厚的革命情感，殺青宴上雖然笑聲不斷，但仍能感受到大夥依依不捨的心情。坦承扛收視壓力大的天心更紅了眼眶，哽咽感謝電視台、製作人、導演的鼓勵，願給大家一條路去試。

睽違十多年，再度到台灣拍戲的李銘順，也以感性的口吻表示：「人家都說我42歲才到台灣來發展會不會太遲了，現在我可以很自信的說『不會的』！這4個月給了我最美好的回憶。」
