【綜合報導】西班牙與法國當局昨天宣布，在境內逮獲75名中國人蛇走私集團成員，他們涉嫌從中國偷渡人口到美國及歐洲，並強迫許多女性前往賣淫。該走私集團在中國運作，在歐洲負責接應的2個頭頭在巴塞隆納被逮。西班牙警方另在8座大城的機場，逮獲49名攜帶假護照的成員。法國則有24人被逮。

該集團每偷渡1人，要價4萬至5萬歐元（約160萬至200萬元台幣），利用假護照協助他們偷渡到美國、西班牙、法國、希臘、義大利、英國、愛爾蘭、土耳其等地。全案發生在去年6月，但西班牙國家法院昨天才才將案件解密。

菲律賓馬尼拉男籃亞錦賽中華隊和大陸隊昨天在8強賽正面交鋒，大陸隊頂著15座亞錦賽冠軍的光環，加上中華隊在歷屆亞錦賽從未贏過對岸，賽前聲勢明顯矮一截。

中華隊儘管一度落後17分，但靠著洪志善第2節投進壓哨的大號三分球，在上半場追成40比50落後，第三節中華隊豪取31分，大陸僅拿12分，成了勝負分水嶺，最終演出大逆轉，反以96比78首度擊潰中國大陸寫下新頁，也繼1999年後再度晉級4強。

中華隊本屆亞錦賽屢屢演出逆轉驚奇，就是這樣不放棄的鬥志，官網賽後報導，這場比賽中華隊是真正的英雄。中華隊總教練許晉哲指出，「努力和用腦袋」，這是目前為止他們贏得比賽的關鍵。

中華隊重返亞洲4強後，今天下午5時45分要對抗「西亞雄獅」伊朗，尋求決賽和世界盃門票。

【曾伯愷／新北報導】新北市2名建築派遣工人，日前涉嫌利用工作休息空檔，於台北市景美女中大樓內，偷取該校世界拔河冠軍隊6名隊員隨身物品，隨後拿至三重、蘆洲一帶變賣換現。
 
警方調查，31歲賴姓及30歲林姓竊賊，2人皆有竊盜前科，同為建築派遣工，日前由人力仲介分配到台北市景美女中協助大樓改建工程，4日下午5時許，2人趁該校拔河隊練習之際，進入拔河隊員宿舍內，在6名隊員的包包內，偷走4支手機、2個皮包以及現金12800元，連附近在施工工人的一台手提音響也摸走，得手後拿去變賣換現。
 
今天下午2時許，警方巡邏至蘆洲區中正路蘆洲國中旁，發現賴姓男子騎車神色詭異，上前攔查偵破此案。訊後依竊盜罪嫌將2人函送法辦。

【劉昌松／台北報導】李姓水果攤商今年1月5日凌晨，開著休旅車載水果行經台北市建國南路、信義路交叉口時，把正要過馬路的邱姓婦人撞死，高院審理認為李未注意車前狀況雖然有錯，但調閱路口監視錄影顯示，邱婦貿然闖紅燈才是肇事主因，因此僅依業務過失致死罪，判李徒刑6月，本案還可上訴。
