【張勵德／台北報導】延宕逾5年的「擴大土城都市計畫(土城彈藥庫附近地區)」政策環評案，今天經環保署環評小組會議討論後，決議要求政策研擬機關新北市府正面回應相關問題後，始得送交環評大會討論。
 
土城彈藥庫開發案總面積達162公頃，其中最具爭議的是其中規劃約24公頃的司法園區，擬將台北看守所、板橋地院及地檢署遷移至此，但當地居民及環保團憂心可能破壞當地既有的濕地及生態環境而反對，因此從2008年開始進行政策環評至今。
 
 環保署表示，今小組審查會議中有許多當地民眾來表達意見，會後要求新北市府應採低密度開發，並提出淹水問題解決方案，同時在區段徵收上應與當地民眾積極溝通，補充修正說明書再將全案送審。

我就詳述一下～

某朋友在FB上受到騷擾，對方不斷創新帳號，就算封鎖也沒用，對方詞語涉及人身攻擊以及性騷擾，也蒐集證據報警！問題來了~

警方表示，那些FB帳號登入的IP來自美國！所以無法辨識，除非有人受到嚴重傷害或是綁架，才能發公文到美國去！

好吧~想說這樣也沒意義了，那就放鬆心情，不理會加瘋狂封鎖就好，但是~對方更是開始在網路上散播照片，雖不是不雅照，但還是很無言！

想問~
1.警察是不想辦還是真的就是這樣？

2.涉案的帳號來自美國IP，應該是利用跳板程式吧！請問有好的建議來進行搜查或是台灣常用跳板程式的固定IP大概有哪些？如果利用跳板，IP是浮動的，就無法查了嗎？

3.有其他方式可以處理嗎?

新北市農業局29日晚間統計，29日在汐止、貢寮、淡水、萬里、坪林和深坑拾獲8隻鼬獾屍體，另在汐止、三峽和淡水拾獲3隻白鼻心，除淡水白鼻心是活體外，其餘都是屍體，30日將送家畜衛生試驗所檢驗。新北至29日共送驗17件，其中11件已有結果，都呈陰性。

【綜合報導】瑞典平價成衣H&M周四宣布在美國的線上購物服務正式開跑，H&M表示從高階到平價商品皆能在網路商店上買得到，並且還有網路客戶限定商品，以及家飾品等。
 
美國是H&M第二大市場，總計有268家實體店面，今年第二季賺進5.03億美元，但有鑑於美國越來越多人習慣網路購物，H&M早就計劃推出線上購物，但因創立遭遇困難二度延遲，現在終於正式晉身美國網路市場，除了美國外，H&M在德、英、法、挪威和芬蘭等歐洲8國也有網路購物服務。

台灣知名食品出口大陸，竟被海關攔下，因為「違法添加」而遭退貨，其中老品牌「乖乖」的新產品巧克力脆片的樣本，被驗出含有滑石粉，在大陸是不可添加物；另外「老楊奶酪口味方塊酥」也因添加黃色五號色素被退貨；其實這兩種添加物，在台灣法規中都被允許少量添加，毒物醫師表示，這些化學物，量少對成人影響小，但兒童代謝能力比較差，造成的身體負擔也會較大。

 

40多年老品牌，經典口味不少人是從小吃到大，新產品前進大陸卻被退貨，這款巧克力脆片市面上買不到，樣品寄到大陸先探市場，被驗出含有化學物質「滑石粉」，海關直接退貨。

用無機礦石物磨成的滑石粉，添加在餅乾中是要避免沾黏，毒物醫師說它毒性低量少還好，但如果含有「石棉纖維」吸入可能會致癌，美國、歐盟、大陸都禁用。

毒物科醫師楊振昌：「根據它(滑石粉)的純度，另外還有量會有關係，小孩子確實相較於大人來說，他的耐受力會比較低，我覺得這是一個滿好的時機，去檢視到底我們是不是真的需要，去添加這個東西。」

台灣法令允許滑石粉少量添加，每公斤不超過5公克，醫師強調雖然量少影響不大，但這樣的化學物質是非必要添加，尤其餅乾都是小朋友在吃，兒童對毒物的代謝較差，法規或許也該檢討禁止，乖乖則強調出產食品一切都符合國內衛生法規，同一批被查驗退貨的還有老楊方塊酥起司口味，業者也喊冤。

老楊方塊酥業者陳玉娟「在台灣起司粉裡面是可以合法添加黃色五號色素的，中國大陸食品法規居然是不行，對我們來說，我們學到了一個經驗。」

也是因為兩地對化學添加物的標準不同，惹上風波，業者也納悶，台灣OK，大陸卻退貨，比照美國、歐盟標準，大陸對食品添加物的規範，竟然比台灣嚴謹，或許現行法規還有檢討空間。

我家狗狗14年了已經算很老很老了，是混血的土狗是母的，很小的時候就結扎了
今年大約2.3月的時候已經發現有乳線瘤像雞蛋大小，有兩顆
一顆在靠近尿尿的地方，一個是在最下面的乳頭那邊，上我找了資料 也帶去給獸醫
手術...可是5月又發現又長了，家人說...別再讓他動刀了，可是現在那個瘤破掉了...
一直流血水，真的不知道該怎辦 能請各位給我意見嗎?

到底要有多少資產才敢實現夢想, 買200萬內"想要"的車(不是一定需要)

自從為了家庭放棄手排車多年後, 心中一直不時有小惡魔的聲音冒出來提醒我去完成自己擁有一台手排車的願望

但是邁入中年(40出頭)後一直覺得退休金存的還不夠, 由於對現有的工作安全感不足, 不太敢肆意花錢買非必需品,

簡單描述一下我的狀況

單薪(老婆沒工作)
小孩: 0歲, 4歲
總資產: 房子的市價扣掉房貸再加現金存款及股票大約是1800萬
現金流: 工作年收入稅後350萬 年支出含房貸大約180萬, 年增150~200萬
退休目標: 房子無貸款, 現金3000萬, 照目前來看還要維持同樣現金流12年
車子兩台無貸款有兩個車位, 老婆開國產小車, 為了家庭需要我只好每天開休旅車就為了萬一週末會用到, 小孩還小, 休旅車真的很好用. 等到小孩大一點不太需要時還要4, 5年以後

一直想要多買一台自己想要的手排車, 但是又覺得退休金還存的不夠, 最近看到許多的手排車上市, 一直是心動但是不敢行動, 看著BRZ, 118d M, Focus ST, 208錯身而過, 真不知道到底何時可以圓夢

我們夫妻都是理性型的消費者, 每次買東西都會考慮再三. 雖然老婆已經同意我買,但是自己一直猶豫不決下不了決心, 畢竟車子算是消耗品. 車價加上租一個車位又要花一, 兩百萬, 賺兩百萬不難, 要存兩百萬還是需要一些時間的, 真捨不得花這個錢買一個非必需品, 但是又很難控制內心的慾望.....

是我金錢觀念有問題嗎還是想太多了?

【徐珮君／台北報導】立法院內政委員會上午舉辦《兩岸服務貿易協議》公聽會，邀集國安會、內政部、經濟部、陸委會、衛生福利部、經建會、勞委會、農會委、海基會等18多個相關部會，聽取學者專家對服貿協議的意見，官員、媒體塞爆立院9樓大禮堂。
