上半年營收成長 敦南今勁揚

上市電腦週邊廠敦南(5305)今天開高走高，盤中最高來到17.4元，上漲4.2%，成交量放大到3千張以上，成交量較前一個交易日明顯放大。回顧敦南今年上半年營收表現，6月營收8.6億元，較去年同期成長8.98%，累計今年上半年營收達45.9億元，較去年同期成長8.22%。敦南訂31日進行除息交易，敦南今年配發每股0.3元現金股利，敦南今年在分離式元件及半導體產品積極成長，填息行情可期。

記者王鼎鈞／台北報導

行政院長江宜樺今（25）日在行政院會針對陸軍下士洪仲丘案，責成政務委員羅瑩雪成立專案小組，督導國防部制度檢討，他並指示政務委員林政則予以協助。

江宜樺強調，希望這起悲劇及其衍生的社會效應讓政府獲得寶貴和沉痛的教訓，國防部能徹底檢討該案的危機處理，也改善讓國人憂慮的相關制度。

江宜樺指出，洪案不僅是不幸的悲劇，更重創國防部形象，傷害民眾對國軍的信任，引發廣泛的社會不安。當民眾對國軍制度產生懷疑，甚至對未來募兵制造成衝擊，顯示這已非單一個案，更是涉及國家安全的重大事件。

江宜樺表示，洪案發生時，他已於第一時間要求國防部提出書面報告，也就是第一波懲處報告，然而此案並未因第一波懲處而落幕。家屬及社會大眾對於案件真相有愈來愈多的疑慮，經由軍檢單位調查，發現案情疑點愈來愈複雜，加上各界揣測和部分誇大報導，使得本案發展至目前的局面。

江宜樺說，總統已要求法務部與國防部共同合作，全力偵辦此案，在遵守現行陸海空軍刑法的獨立司法審判體系情形下，加強政府對於此案的追查和瞭解，積極回應家屬及外界的期待。

江宜樺表示，此案不僅牽涉真相追查，以及後續的懲處、起訴及可能的國家賠償，更包含制度的檢討和改變，因此行政院回應前司法院長賴英照及許多法界人士的建議，成立專案小組，針對軍中的申訴制度及其相關的禁閉制度進行行政指導。

男子漁港跳下　警消搶救上岸

【突發中心／新北報導】今天清晨1時許，新北金山磺港漁港內有人目擊1名男子跳下海，逐漸往外海漂去，消防人員獲報後隨即前往搶救，所幸男子及時被救起，送醫後並無大礙，警方目前正在了解男子跳海動機。

網誌版:http://www.wretch.cc/blog/iris07200829/12611883 因為一部爛片讓我想寫心得，這導演也是滿成功的。(就當是發洩文吧!有雷!) 《小時代》（Tiny Times 1.0）是由大陸作家郭敬明編劇並執導的愛情喜劇電影，改編自 其《小時代》三部曲小說中的第一部：《小時代1.0 摺紙時代》，電影將其分為上下集， 第二部為《小時代：青木時代》。整部小說預計共拍成四部電影，另兩部暫定為《小時代 ：鋒銀時代》和《小時代：鳴鑽時代》。 這段介紹就跟這齣電影的內容一樣，想表達的太多，卻零碎到沒存在的必要。(一開始就 說是爛片了卻那麼仔細介紹正是一種錯誤示範) 不管在大陸還是在台灣，網路上都充斥著負面的評論，在此依個人觀點分析這部片的問題 。 先從電影整體拍攝手法說起，一開場的旁白就讓人格格不入，沒有一部好電影是需要做人 物介紹的，觀眾應該是從角色的互動和電影的情節來了解人物的關係和他們內心的掙扎( 《聽說桐島退社了》這一點絕對是滿分)，而《小時代》卻有著大量的旁白為觀眾介紹人 物角色的關係、事發當下的心情、以及刻意又無意義的多餘解釋(林蕭對宮洺的那番"孤獨 不孤獨"的看法就是一個例子)。除此之外，另一個問題是它的配樂，撇開不知道有多少人 是因為蘇打綠的歌而被騙去捧場的不談，片中的插曲就像是許多歌舞劇一樣，為了導演的 私心想放就放，毫不考慮符不符合劇情的需要。 再來是人物，就跟賀歲片《愛》一樣，人一多，人物性格刻畫不鮮明，甚至連主角都沒有 多少戲份，更別提那些根本可以砍掉的配角。 首先是女主角林蕭，在真實生活中，這樣的角色就是個默默努力的平凡小正妹，或許她很 努力，但觀眾想看的，是她在遇到問題除了哭之外，還學到了什麼，(就算還有續集也一 樣，一張電影片買到的劇情太少了)，一個什麼特色都沒有的女孩，在面試如此艱難的公 司裡，連怎麼從中脫穎而出得到助理工作的原因都沒說，因為是主角就開外掛？即使觀眾 知道她一定會面試成功，但重要的環節反而"不解釋"就是瞧不起觀眾的做法...。最瞎的 是還因為不穿高跟鞋上班，讓上司另眼相看，說她有著和穿高跟鞋的女孩不一樣的地方( 可能就是連一點痛都承受不起這個部分吧)，而宮洺莫名給林蕭的戒指，想必只是為了鋪 梗給專情的簡溪一個誤會林蕭的機會而已。宮洺的冷漠和他對林蕭的特別有所衝突，雖然 冷漠大帥哥只對女主角動心的劇情是老梗，這沒有問題，但是原因呢???要演啊!崇光也是 一樣，以後應該是對林蕭有好感，但再度原因不明，然後帥哥戲份還少成這樣，可見人物 真的太多了...。 再來是顧里，標準外表堅強內心脆弱刀子嘴豆腐心的女王，只是我不懂她有錢的程度竟然 還可以配不上別人，她和顧源之間的感情讓人一頭霧水，分手的主因是流星花園的劇情， 身分配不上公子哥而跟他老媽起衝突，顯得和顧源過夜的女生，最後多餘到不行，大概只 是要讓柯震東露一下身材...。 而南湘，可以說除了演員表現沒有亮點之外，更大的問題是根本沒有劇情可以讓她有所做 為，她是唯一一個明顯比較窮的女孩，學藝術的錢根本不知從何而來就算了，靠關係而取 得服裝秀參賽資格之後，卻完全沒有演出設計的過程或是下了什麼功夫，就得到宮洺一句 「這女孩很有天賦，妳應該簽下她」這麼誇張的稱讚。她的男友席城更慘，從頭到尾就出 現幾秒鐘，其中一段劇情還是遠鏡頭...，是因為有暴力傾向所以受到懲罰嗎? 唐宛如，整部戲的笑點完全靠她支撐(雖然一樣有不少是刻意的笑話)，但她似乎除了搞笑 就沒有別的作用，跟衛海之間更是只有短短幾秒的戲份，為了讓四個好朋友在聖誕節都失 戀的戲份...。 愛情如果說在這部片成了配角，那友情和為夢想的奮鬥總該是重點了。可惜友情的刻劃似 乎被金錢掩蓋，整部片若沒有記得開場的場景，根本早就忘了他們是大學生，好朋友比另 一半更可靠這樣的想法很明顯，但就像是因為大家剛好失戀所以就湊在一起...。 整部片的宗旨是小人物也能創造出自己的《小時代》，崇光被迫上台的演講中為這部片做 了一番解釋：「我們活在浩瀚的宇宙裡，漫天漂浮的宇宙塵埃和星河的光塵，我們是比這 些還要渺小的存在。你並不知道生活在什麼時候就突然改變方向，陷入墨水一般濃稠的黑 暗裡去。你被失望拖進深淵，你被疾病拉進墳墓，你被挫折賤踏得體無完膚，你被嘲笑， 被諷刺，被討厭，被怨恨，被輕視，被放棄。但是我們總是在內心裡保留著希望，保留著 不甘心放棄的跳動的心。我們依然在大大的絕望裡小小地努力著。而這種不想放棄的心情 ，它成為無邊黑暗裡的小小星辰。我們都是－小小的星辰。」 這樣的文字看小說或許好一些吧，把電影當作讀稿，實在太可惜了...。 個人小小的看法，不知道還有什麼我沒看到的地方...。 -- It's never too late to mend. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.119.236

系統為windows7，ASUS K40IN筆電 先前也有發生過相同狀況 但是只要到控制台的個人化讓電腦自行修正就會回復 不過現在控制台Aero偵測到的是"桌面視窗管理員停用"旁邊出現驚嘆號，也沒有修正 (desktop window manager is disabled) 我試過各種方法 包括使用過services.msc重新啟動桌面視窗管理員 也試過在命令提示字元中手動輸入 net stop uxsms以及net start uxsms 甚至也重新啟動我的顯示卡(Nvidia Geforce G102M) 上網找了很多文章但都無法修正Aero 難道只有重灌一途了嗎?? 請高手幫忙!!謝謝!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.119.96.61

只會錄取一間高中,不會錄取很多間在任選一間

假設某校錄取分數是360分

你考365分,別人考360分
你把某校填第二個,別人把他填第一個

基本上如果某校名額足夠,兩個人都會錄取 
但假設某校名額只剩一個,也是你錄取,因為你分數較高
但前提是你第一志願沒上,假設你第一志願上了,某校就不會錄取
學校的錄不錄取主要是看分數還有你排的志願順序
志願卡是一定會掃到你確定錄取的學校,才會換下一張
如果全部志願都掃完,你都沒錄取,那等於是落榜

如果你想上A校,我建議你可以把他填進志願卡,可以填第一個
但就你說錄取機率很低,所以你也不要抱太大希望
這種分數與你差距太大的志願就不要填太多(超過10分)

志願卡是把全部考生一照分數從高到低排下來
再用電腦掃讀你的志願
電腦照你排的志願優先順序一一看下來的
所以你在填志願卡時要依照你對學校的喜好開始排
不過前提是你分數要有到才行!!

比如說你填學校的順序是
1.A學校
2.B學校
3.C學校
4.D學校

那電腦掃下來,你AB都沒上(可能是別人比你先上或學校沒名額了)
但C上了,就注定你是讀C學校
後面填的D學校就淘汰，就算你想讀也不行
誰叫你要把D填後面呢
所以填志願卡一定要依照你對學校的喜好度來排

所以說如果有人第一志願是填XX高中，在他分數有到的情況下
如果XX高中還有名額，那他就會錄取
志願卡是按照成績高低順序來排，所以你成績高會優先被錄取
如果在分數沒到的情況下，那填第一個也沒用
電腦會自動跳下一個學校，一直跳到錄取了才會換下一張
不過學校也是收到額滿為止，所以額滿就不再錄取囉
但是如果你把ＸＸ高中填在第二個，但第一個你就上了，那也不能換
不能說我不想念這間，順位候補，沒這回事
所以錄取就是錄取，沒有在變動的資格

我看規格找了很多台,再比對評價..

GPLUS E3 看起來還行
GPKUE E5 很棒,但不能插卡換電池..xx 死刑
Galaxy S2/S2 Plus...中規中矩,但會不會過時了..
HTC one X ...前置只有 130 ...
Galaxy Premier ..該有的都有..1GRAM/16G ROM,SD 到 64G ..<==目前初步想考慮這支 (11xxx)
Galaxy Duos ..看來也行,但沒看到評價,解析度差了點
HTC Desire 500..解析度低點,8/5才到貨,

Pantech Vega Q PTL21 (mission_400plus) <== 完美的推薦..

小米2S (洪浩人)不能插卡,拖出去xx

中央選舉委員會主任委員張博雅及另5名委員任期將屆，行政院24日表示，已提名張博雅、劉義周、劉宗德、潘維大、陳國祥等5人續任，仉桂美新任委員，函送立法院審查。

行政院指出，中選會現任主委張博雅等6人的任期至今（102）年11月3日屆滿。依該中選會組織法規定，於委員任期屆滿3個月前（8月3日）應辦理提名作業，行政院已將提名張博雅等6人名單函送立法院審查。

行政院表示，行政院提名考量經驗傳承、引進新血及任期交錯等因素，就相關領域遴選優秀人才，其中張博雅（被提名為主委）、劉義周（被提名為副主委）、劉宗德、潘維大、陳國祥及仉桂美等6人任期均為4年（至106年11月3日止）；被提名人專長含括法政相關領域，學經歷俱優，符合該會組織法規定。

另外，行政院說，在提名時已併同考量政黨比例，符合該會組織法有關「委員具有同一黨籍者，不得超過委員總數三分之一」的規定。

行政院表示，希望立法院能儘早依法定程序完成審查，以利中選會業務得以順利運作。
