【綜合報導】清大榮譽教授彭明輝，點名馬英九「你是該好好的哭了，就大聲哭出來吧！人前哭，人後哭，為中華民國憲政之死認真地哭，為了你把憲政變暴政而好好地哭吧！」

　彭明輝在部落格發表「馬英九，哭吧！」文章，以洪仲丘案、大埔案要馬英九哭吧，「馬英九，你矯情地哭吧！你軟弱地哭吧！你無能地哭吧！但是我們沒有心情為你的矯情、軟弱與無能而傷心。被你毀敗的憲政等待著我們大家一起從廢墟裡一磚一瓦地重新搭建起來！」

 　彭明輝說，憲政體制下軍隊是用來保護國人的生命，在你的領導下它大剌剌地殘害國人的生命，使它變成暴政體制下無法無天的犯罪團體；憲政體制下警察是保護良民、打擊犯罪，在你的領導下它卻變成是黑道的鷹犬，在迫害行使公民權力的良民、學生與學者，拆毀良民的家園，保護強盜、匪徒，和背信說謊的政府。
　
　馬英九，哭吧！到你父親靈位前去大聲地哭吧！你死後必將無顏面對你的老父，他把佃農積欠的帳目全部燒毀，而你卻為了區區的黨主席之位而縱容劉政鴻毀人家的田，拆人家的家，為了炒作地皮而凌虐善良的百姓，你死後有什麼臉去見你的老父？

　哭吧，馬英九，你大聲地跟著周美青嚎啕大哭吧！哭你那失去的靈魂，哭你那被權力慾啃噬掉的良心吧！學者和學生只不過是在街頭抗議，而警察卻為了你那不值錢的顏面而濫用暴力，逮捕學者與學生，推擠學生到後腦受傷流血，還冷酷無人性地到醫院去盤問受傷的學生（而不是跪下來道歉，請求原諒）。

　哭吧，馬英九和周美青，為了馬英九那被權力慾啃噬掉的良心與靈魂──而我們沒有空哭，盡管我們失去了憲政和憲法所賦予我們的一切權利。我們不哭！我們忙著要想辦法搶救憲政，我們必須為了子孫而奪回憲法所賦予的一切權利，我們不能把一個濫用暴力的政府文化留給下一代。我們沒有時間哭，沒有心情哭！

媒體報導：作家張大春昨天在臉書針對洪仲丘案，痛批馬英九人渣治國後，今天寫了一句「龍應台，你怎麼不生氣？────目送洪仲丘事件，也請用文明說服我。」
張大春真是要得，把馬英九罵成「馬傻娘」，如今更進一步罵成「人渣」，對我這個不懂文學，認識的字也不多的人，要幹譙馬英九除了「幹x娘」之外，實在找不到其他詞藻的人而言，張大春的文學功力簡直就像唐宋八大家的蘇東坡一樣，行文如行雲流水，初無定質，但常行於所當行，止於所不可不止，雖嬉笑怒罵之詞，皆可書而頌之。對馬英九言「馬傻娘」「人渣」真是可書而頌之，不是嗎？
講到人渣，就讓我想到日常生活中渣渣還不少，煤燒完了變煤渣，甘蔗榨完汁變蔗渣，菜吃不完變菜渣，也有人說是廚餘。那人渣是甚麼？說是雜碎，好像又不是，說是人拉出來的屎，好像也不是，要形容甚麼是人渣，還真傷腦筋。不過看了文學大師張大春的說明，終於了解，人渣是不能用文字形容的，而要用圖像來解釋，難怪現代教育要採用多媒體，不但有文字，還有圖像，甚至影像。
看了這張圖，終於了解，原來人渣是這個樣子。「拍謝我沒法貼圖」

奇怪的是，怎麼人渣會當上總統？是很多人挺人渣吧，要不然人渣怎麼可以當上總統呢？
有大老闆坐著私家飛機到處挺人渣，也有大老闆高喊「九二共識」挺人渣。這些挺人渣的人是甚麼呢？為甚麼會喜歡人渣呢？難道他們都喜歡吃菜渣嗎？應該不會吧！因為菜渣就是給豬吃的廚餘，不是嗎？這些人如果喜歡人渣，豈不是連豬都不如，因為豬連人渣都不吃，不是嗎？
人渣當總統，甚麼樣的人會投票給人渣呢？有人說腦殘的，「腦殘」「人渣」兩個詞擺在一起，腦海裡浮出「殘渣」兩個字，哇靠！一個社會「殘渣」多，難怪人渣可以當總統。在這個渣渣世界，渣渣太多，難怪這麼不透明，甚麼都看不清楚，不是嗎？
張大春問龍應台，你怎麼不生氣？說真的，我也不知道，為甚麼龍應台不生氣？不過我真的沒見過會生氣的殘渣。
你要個人渣總統嗎？如果不要，那就罷免馬人渣吧。如果罷免人渣，還考慮時機宜不宜，那你不也是個渣渣嗎？
