【綜合報導】日前報導美國一家公司正研製「真空管道磁懸浮列車」又稱「膠囊高鐵」，速度可高達每小時6500公里，如果成功研製的話，北京到紐約只需2小時，不過中國西南交通大學表示早在2003年，他們就已經開始研究「膠囊高鐵」，還建成了世界上第一個「真空管道磁懸浮列車實驗系統」，由真空管道、永磁軌道、高溫超導模型車、驅動系統和真空機組5個部分構成。

西南交通大學實驗室主要研發人員趙立峰副教授表示，空氣阻力是傳統軌道列車的最大障礙，對於在大氣環境下運行的列車來說，時速400公里已經是一個極限，然而在真空環境中，這些問題都將不復存在，這種真空管道磁懸浮列車的真空管道，無論在地上或地下都能建造，地上的可採用高架管道建造方式，每一公里造價約1.5億台幣，地下的為埋設管道的方式，按照目前地鐵隧道造價估算，每公里約為20億元。

研發人員表示「膠囊高鐵」時速可超過6千公里，未來成都到北京只要20來分鐘的時間。 不過目前「膠囊高鐵」還在理論研究階段，而且製造成本高昂，等到真正可投入建造的階段，恐還須很長一段時間。

本報訊

杏輝醫藥集團長期著重於新藥的研發，2008年成功的技轉了二項國家衛生研究院抗癌新穎小分子新藥(SB01與SB02)，成立杏國新藥股份有限公司。杏國新藥的研發策略是由開發原創性新藥，再透過入股模式與國際新藥公司結合為戰略夥伴，今年5月下旬就宣布，入股德國Medigene公司，這是台廠入股國際公司的重要里程碑。

2013年台灣生技展現場杏輝集團展示了建置之癌症藥物發展平台，以及杏國五大新藥系列的開發成果，包含SB01 注射抗癌新藥、SB02 口服抗癌新藥、即將於Q3在台上市的SB03 抗病毒植物新藥 - VeregenR(產品名：酚瑞淨)、SB04 乾式黃斑部病變眼藥水以及SB05 三陰性乳癌抗癌新藥。

SB01和SB02鎖定癌症市場，但劑型不同，SB01為針劑，而SB02為口服劑型。值得一提的是，SB01和SB02是國內第一個從發現、研究、臨床前毒理、原料藥生產、製劑生產、一直到申請IND試驗，完全由國人自行發展之藥物(MIT) ; 其中，SB01更發展成為第一個由台灣人發明，美國FDA核准並在台灣執行第一期臨床試驗的研發案件，該新藥也是第一個國內經由產官學研合作接力開發，通過美國FDA及台灣TFDA IND核准之新穎小分子抗癌藥物。目前SB01已進行一期臨床，SB02則規劃2016年將執行第一期臨床試驗，該專案並於今年六月獲得歐洲專利。

SB03治療生殖器疣(俗稱菜花)亞洲銷售權，台灣已獲藥證 預計2013年Q3上市
杏國取得德國Medigene公司所研發的全球第一個同時獲得歐洲及美國FDA認證的植物新藥－生殖器疣 (俗稱”菜花”) 外用治療劑Veregen○R（酚瑞淨）的亞洲銷售權，並已取得TFDA藥證，今年將開始上市銷售。根據EvaluatePharma評估報告顯示，2011年全球泌尿生殖系統抗感染治療藥物市值為2.8億美元，局部抗感染治療藥物市值更高達15億美元。而治療尖頭濕疣的主要治療藥品之一imiquimod (Aldara)，在2009年的市場價值高達2.4億美元。

與傳統療法比較使用，Veregen○R最大的優點為溫和漸進式誘發人體自身免疫系統抵抗HPV病毒，並可抑制人類乳突病毒(HPV)致癌基因擴散；佐以輔助傳統冷凍療法可大幅降低復發率。再者Veregen○R的乳膏劑型可以局部施藥，對於分布範圍較廣的病灶而言較為適合。另一優點是患者可在家依照醫生指示自行塗抹，免除了組織破壞性療法時所造成的疼痛、以及無法兼顧病患隱私的困擾 。

備受矚目的SB04，用於治療乾式老年性黃斑部病變，技術來源為美國MacuCLEAR新藥研發公司，目前規劃進行二/三期臨床試驗中。MacuCLEAR公司為專業臨床新藥研發公司，專長為開發眼睛血管疾病之新藥，其所研發的先導化合物，MC-1101 (SB04)，是一具專利保護之局部用眼藥，可有效治療乾性老年黃斑部病變眼疾 (dry-AMD)並抑制其病程進展。

隨著人口老化問題越來越嚴重，除了白內障和青光眼外，老年性黃斑部病變(AMD)已是導致失明的三大原因之一，且目前尚無有效的治療藥物，一旦杏國新藥研發成功將可造福無數病患。

SB05 取得EndoTAG○R-1全球三期臨床試驗主導權EndoTAG○R-1的專利技術即在於用帶正電的微脂體包載細胞毒殺藥物-紫杉醇，可強化與帶負電之被腫瘤細胞活化的血管內皮細胞結合。進而達到阻斷生長及防止血管新生，具有更高的標靶性。

創下新藥公司入股國際藥廠案例的杏國，這次順利入股德國Medigene公司，並取得EndoTAG○R-1全球三期臨床試驗主導權與上市後產銷權，歸功於杏輝醫藥集團豐富的資源與台灣資本市場的活絡。杏輝擁有的癌症製劑(紫杉醇)開發技術，在兩岸布局的原料、生產到通路的完整架構，加上杏國的新藥開發能力，以及台灣生醫產業蓬勃的資本市場力挺，對於德國Medigene公司與杏輝醫藥集團是可以創造雙贏的契機。

杏輝於2012年5月投資新台幣5億元以上興建的「杏輝癌症製劑第二廠房」即將完工並正式投產。該廠房為全新隔離式自動化癌症針劑廠，完全符合國際生產法規PIC/S GMP的規範，除了推升集團邁向抗癌藥物之研發、生產及全球銷售全方位及專業化的發展。 此外，連結集團建置之癌症藥物發展平台，將提供關鍵的核心製程研究的服務價值，以科學研究、人才培養、研發產品商業化作為配套措施的架構，利用抗癌藥物新製程研發通過國際法規驗證，取得國際市場的上市許可，以獲取商業價值。

杏國新藥積極與歐美開發原廠建立合作模式，從臨床前期研發案件至即將上市藥品，透過各國法規的掌握，臨床試驗設計與進度掌控，以及授權通路的連結，加值pipeline上每一項產品。 未來杏國除積極爭取全球地區多國授權，也期望於台灣建立多國多中心的新藥研發網絡，成為亞太聯絡與出發的窗口，並吸引來自全球的伙伴，共同投入潛力無限的新藥開發市場。
