標題[心得] 離職感言 機車的聖xx幼稚園

離職兩年了 最近要申請工作證明 寫e-mail很客氣的要 他們不回 那我就來寫一下我離職的遭遇 這家是聖x會的基督教聖xx幼稚園 我在離職前一個月提出要離開， 我那時以為離職很順，也有人交接完了， 結果園長在25發薪日給我零元薪資單... 她說我 一、 違約(每年都要簽一次約，做到七月底，但我三月提離職) 我做二年了 二、開會有一次遲到 (比上班時間早快一小時，我只是不想跟牧師搭同一班電梯所以搭下一班 ) 三、做禮拜(星期日)一次沒到(規定每個月要上教堂一次，我爸要我去掃爺爺的墓) 她說，我該自己乖乖認錯，沒薪水是應該的，這樣的處罰非常輕 所以我就甩開她的手說，勞工局見 於是她終於知道我不是白痴，不像其他那些菜鳥那麼好騙 後來他自己知道上勞工局對他們不好， 她開始跟我說，那你要來補二次禮拜，我們才給你薪水 但這件事讓我覺得去他們的教堂很噁心，我非常排斥 後來又吵了好久 大概過了兩個星期 後來他們自己知道錢一定要給 在我上勞工局前就給我了 應該直接上勞工局讓他們被記一筆才對 我有聽以前的離職老師說，離職薪水少了 所以我想這也不是第一次他們這樣整人了 有人要走他們就喜歡搞得很難看 唉 基督教幼稚園的招牌打得這麼好看 怎麼做事小鼻子小眼睛，一點都沒有基督的樣子? 當初我一開始去這裡工作，接班時還沒人交接 課本進度比另一個老師晚一星期 我想他們應該也處理得很難看 想去這地方教美語真的要三思 上課時數多，活動一堆跟美語無關但一定要去， 最誇張的是五個週末，有四個週末都至少有一天要去上班 而且沒有補貼或加薪 要不是小孩子可愛，在那裡工作真的是超級不值得的! -- 在台中 我就不打全名了 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.240.78.244

先把行動網路打開
然後設定理面 應該有個可攜式無線基地台和數據連線 在裡面設定好密碼後
按開啟 然後再從筆電收尋wifi 就ok了

隨著社群平台與智慧型終端普及，消費者邊看電視、邊透過智慧型手機、平板於Twitter、Facebook等平台進行討論等行為愈趨頻繁，近年來眾多專為電視節目設計的Social TV App，如GetGlue、IntoNow、Zeebox等紛紛出現，提供多樣化社群電視應用；付費電視產業也逐漸認同Social TV App的價值與商業模式，使社群電視服務產業鏈逐漸成型。

隨社群平台與智慧型終端普及，消費者邊看電視、邊透過智慧型手機、平板於Twitter、Facebook等平台進行討論等行為愈趨頻繁，近年來眾多專為電視節目設計的Social TV App，如GetGlue、IntoNow、Zeebox等紛紛出現。 （本報系資料庫）

社群電視隱藏的廣告商機，近年來引來付費電視業者關注。根據資策會MIC研究指出，2012年全球電視機產品具聯網功能的滲透率僅約三成，遠不及智慧行動終端，且原生於電視內建Social App社群應用仍偏少。

個人化手機、平板等終端出現，使業者在推動社群電視應用服務時，以智慧型手機、平板等「Second-Screen（第二螢）」終端為主流發展模式。此應用涉及跨終端訊息互通與整合，TV即時電視內容需可同步於行動終端運行，最簡單滲透各式終端平台是透過iOS、Android App應用程式，因此也快速推升行動終端上Social TV App數量。

傳統社群平台積極發展Social TV專屬功能，也促使應用軟體開發商投入Social TV、Second-Screen App開發；而既有電視影音推薦、評論App也尋求轉型機會，各大型頻道內容商紛紛發展專屬社群應用，帶動Social TV App快速蓬勃發展。

截至2012年底，專為Social TV應用開發之App數量已達150個，TV Apps朝向Multi-Function多功能整合演變，逐漸加入「check-in」打卡、即時投票、相關資訊連結、互動廣告等功能。

付費電視營運商旗下擁有眾多頻道，而各頻道內容與忠實觀眾群各異，為快速發展Social TV服務，多半採取併購或策略聯盟的方式與Social TV App合作；而Second-Screen App業者與營運商合作，直接存取頻道商、營運商電子節目表單，用戶可於單一App中快速查閱各頻道內容、社群討論熱度，以及眾多互動廣告內容，促使Zeebox等業者發展成為跨頻道、跨內容社群共通平台。

內容、頻道商、付費電視業者及廣告主逐漸認同Social TV Apps帶來的價值，也使Social TV App商業模式逐漸成型。Social TV App主要營收來源包含三大類：一、與廣告主或內容頻道商合作，配合電視頻道內容或廣告內容，客製化專屬Second- Screen互動活動，擴大頻道內容與廣告效益。

二、與付費電視營運商合作，導入社群討論平台，提供社群平台軟硬體整合、維護服務等，收取平台授權費用等。

三、隨著各社群平台快速擴展，並獨立發展各自API，有助吸引第三方應用軟體服務商加入，發展多元化服務，Social TV Apps業者也可收取API授權費用，創造穩定營收來源。

2012年Twitter與Nielsen策略聯盟，預計在2013年秋天推出「Nielsen Twitter TV Rating」。2013年2月，Twitter以9,000萬美元收購社群數據分析新創公司Bluefin Labs ，創下Twitter有史以來最高金額收購案。

過去業界著重如何將Facebook、Twitter等功能同時於電視螢幕中呈現，引發出如何在電視螢幕中輸入文字、提供用戶個人隱私保護等議題。隨智慧機、平版電腦等普及，消費者會邊看電視、邊使用個人手機、平板與他人線上討論與分享，也帶動眾多新創Social TV App於Second-Screen平台快速崛起。

Social TV App發展至今，服務價值逐漸為內容頻道商、付費電視業者以及廣告商重視，各領域業者也將社群電視服務與專業領域結合，如內容製作、頻道商整合節目製播與行銷資源，發展互動社群電視內容，可提高觀眾節目涉入程度。

廣告主則可與社群應用業者合作，更精準計算廣告效益；付費電視營運商可藉由社群應用創造用戶群聚效應、提高用戶黏著度。隨Social TV App商業模式愈趨清晰，近期也引發眾多業者積極併購Social TV App業者，Social TV App併購潮也象徵社群電視應用服務未來將快速起飛。

標題[問題] 中華電信解約與再續約疑問

去年11月剛好上網850的3年合約約滿，(合約為月租費850打8折。) 但是約滿之後已無8折優惠，故選擇續約搭平板月繳850元。 昨天，拿了DM看到現在平板上網專案月租費又有打8折優惠。 一個月可以少繳170元，但是現在解約要付違約金約6000。 問題來了 1. 不解約，維持原來方案月繳850元。 之後28個月都得多繳170元，總共得多付出4760元。 2. 解約，付完違約金6000元，再續新合約平板合約(三年)。 之後月繳680元，平板折價購買約省4000元。 這樣算起來，是否選擇方案2會來的划算一點。 或是還有其他的方式可以參考? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.26.57.174

【綜合報導】日本周日舉行參議院改選，首相安倍晉三領導的自民黨執政聯盟，預料可取得大勝，不過安倍晉三絲毫不敢鬆懈，周六晚上到東京車站發表最後演說，為候選人站台拉票。安倍還表示，為了守護日本領土，現在正是時候修改憲法。

不過日本維新會黨魁之一、眾議員石原慎太郎因血壓不穩，臨時取消在東京街頭的助選行程。

日本參議院每三年改選一半議席，選前民調顯示，自民黨與執政夥伴公明黨可在改選的121席中取得超過70席，如果選前民調沒有出現落差，兩黨將可控制參院，不過部份民調預測光是自民黨就有望單獨拿下半數議席。
