（中央社記者陳舜協台北18日電）陸軍下士洪仲丘被不當處分、操練致死，國防部長高華柱今天說，洪案對國家與國軍是莫大傷害，一定會痛定思痛，徹底改革。

洪仲丘案受社會各界關注，中國國民黨政策委員會執行長林鴻池、國民黨立法院黨團副書記長邱文彥、立委楊瓊瓔上午在立法院召開「查明真相、道歉、究責、賠償，給洪仲丘家人及全國人民一個交代」記者會，高華柱率最高軍事法院檢察署檢察長曹金生少將等高階將領出席記者會。

高華柱說，洪仲丘案，目前已完成行政調查及部分司法調查，除了還原真相，最重要的是改進必須同時進行，他承諾會綜合面對社會各界質疑，「痛定思痛，徹底改革」。

高華柱說，國軍是國家的，有了錯誤要徹底檢討，陸軍542旅發生洪仲丘案值得國軍部隊全面借鏡，國軍會全面改革。至於外界質疑洪仲丘案疑與高階將領內鬥有關？高華柱強調絕對不是高階將領內鬥。

對洪仲丘家屬要求法務部介入洪案司法調查，曹金生說，洪案調查屬軍檢職權，軍檢會負起責任。

除了要求調查真相、究責及賠償外，林鴻池說，國民黨團會成立洪仲丘案專案監督小組，強力監督，直到真相大白，也希望洪仲丘成為軍中不當管教案最後一例。1020718

本人 今年一月 牽車 到現在

總共 跑了 一萬四千公里左右

症狀 在一萬三千公里發生

起步 一檔 二檔 再換檔 會嚴重抖動

在 七月初 進場 檢查 發現 變速箱 接出來 黑色大軸 旁 漏油

在 進場 維修 四小時

問題 一開出去 就沒解決!!

在 7/11號 受不了 又進廠檢查 發現 變速箱 本體 漏油

決定 要換 離合器組 與 油封 *2

在 7/16 料件到 馬上進場 工時 兩天

在今天 福特 億和 不聞不問 看 快到下班時間 我主動 請業務 詢問

才告知 今天車 修不好 又有問題

決定 借我 代步車!!

然後 去到現場 我詢問 為什麼 有問題

接待 告知 組裝後 發動 怠速 車身 就會嚴重抖動 需要再查問題

告知因該是 飛輪盤 需要到 下禮拜二 才能給我車

這樣的問題 我可以翻譯成 因為 換的技術差 所以把 另一個東西用壞

我還要修很久 且 廠裡面 有問題 都不主動回報 最後還要我去追

我只感覺 沒有被重視 就這樣沒人管 放給他爛 有人問 再說

也沒有補救方案 就 是在等我發飆 翻桌子嗎??????

新車 半年 就快壞光了 等等這個 修好 是不是 又會再跟我說 引擎 曲軸 歪了 要換??

這樣來看 車子越修 問題越多 且 怎麼 一堆 都是 漏油的問題!!

看來 買到 一台 變速箱 超會壞的 車!!

難怪 一直 特價 對福特 又越來越沒信心了 難怪 老同事一直對我說
