我在去年11月車禍

原因是我騎乘機車時速40
他是我後車
我有注意 我的旁邊那時確實沒有車子直線行駛
結果他從我的機車排氣管那邊撞下去導致我跌倒

後來因調解不成 提出過失傷害

對方是嘉義地院的退休書記官
態度很高傲

後來開庭後 由法院提出調解一次
我們申請鑑定 鑑定說我完全責任
後來翻了監視器 是它在撞我的那一刻 剛好被樹葉擋到
他撞我我加速度往前 看起來很像我超他車
那這樣我該怎麼維護我自己的權益?

因為要做些報告，我想去了解一下，
抽菸的人會不會很可憐，以下是我提出的問題

1.抽菸的人屬於弱勢團體嗎?

2.請問菸害防治法對於抽菸的人影響很大嗎?

3.當抽菸的人在抽菸時是抱著什麼樣的心態抽?

4.抽菸者自身聞得到菸味嗎?

5.抽菸會不會很痛苦?

以上5點，當然我們也有問路人，但是我們也想聽聽網友的意見 ^ ^

2013／6 http://vikingbear.pixnet.net/blog/post/28627798 ATT4Fu的四樓有家壽喜燒 很好奇怎麼會開在這個激戰區 我想唯一的優點是有些位子可以看到101吧 店家的價位不算貴 有飲料~有冰淇淋~ 湯底的部分比較多選擇 有味噌~一般的壽喜燒醬汁等 所以口味變化可以多一點 即使店員說我們的湯底味道偏重 因此不主動提供醬汁 但是我們還是請他提供一些沾醬來配著吃 林林總總就擺了四碟沾醬 肉品有安格斯~梅花豬 也有次一等級的 肉品選擇種類較少就是 但是油花跟肉質還算不錯 菜盤也算是多樣化 而且不太會漏單 要說多美味倒也還好 不過以c/p來說算是還可以的選擇 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.80.24.160

餐廳名稱：元祖奶奶生菜包肉 韓國梨大店 消費時間：2013/06/10 地址：首爾特?市西大門區大峴洞 45-38號 營業時間：AM11:00 ~ PM23:00 每人平均價位：台幣約400元 官網：http://www.bossam.co.kr/index.asp --------------------------------------------------- 無音樂圖文多多網誌版：http://goo.gl/mscP0 感謝收看 以下複製文字修改版 --------------------------------------------------- 坦白說我在行前一直很猶豫要不要把元祖奶奶生菜包肉這個餐點放進去行程 菜包肉? 聽起來就是很無聊又很沒味道啊 朋友們問過我的行程後也都問我幹嘛排? 元祖奶奶菜包肉聽起來也太沒吸引力 不過後來我真慶幸沒抽掉這個行程 因為真的很好吃！ 這天我們吃過ISAAC早餐後有回飯店休息一下再出發到梨大的 韓國倒也很適合這樣慢慢玩的行程呢 那我們這天從明洞站出發，到梨大站中間需在東大門歷史文化公園站換車一次 到了梨大站後，選擇三號出口出來 走出3號出口後右手邊就是這條路 看到第一個路口往右轉 右轉後會看到這副景象，直走一點點就看到元祖奶奶菜包飯了 黃色的招牌真的很顯眼 直接走進店裡，只有一桌客人 因為我們去的時間好像是下午兩三點吧，非用餐時間 店裡面就是一貫的韓式作風，坐在矮桌蓆子上吃飯 瞬間真的有自己進入到韓劇裡的錯覺XD 這景象真的好常看到噢 接著拍了幾乎是全部內頁的MENU給大家看 都有中文喔，一點都不怕看不懂 那另外雖然說主打生菜包肉，但可以點的種類可以說是滿多的 我跟老公兩個人點了豬肉+鴨肉 W32,000的小套餐 說是小套餐但兩個人絕對夠吃 餐具在桌上自取喔 因為是夏天，一入座後店家會送上一瓶冰涼的水，爽快!! 我們6月去韓國真的是有夠熱啊!! 接著這是調味料和餐前冷湯 原本看著這冷湯頓時有點囧興~* 不過其實它不難喝喔 那調味料就是蒜頭、辣椒、辣醬、酸甜醬(應該是吧) 辣椒是真的會辣的那種不是給心酸的嘿 點好餐後不久滿滿一桌就送上來囉!!!超級澎拜的 除此之外還送來了小菜喔 因為我看其他人的食記並沒有送這些小菜 椰~~~~~~~~~??? 難道是我們那天長的很慈眉善目嗎??這麼好? 小菜很多耶，像是這個蘋果沙拉醬 還有這應該是炸蟹肉棒吧，還不錯吃喔 還有涼拌醃黃瓜～～～好吃好吃～～～ 還有這鍋料很多的韓國豆腐大醬湯啊(沒情調的老公說不就是韓國味增湯~WELL也是啦 ) 如果是例行公事就算了 但如果是店家看心情給的那也實在太LUCKY囉 我們那天一定長的很善良 套餐裡，要來包肉的就是這些醃菜們 紅紅的那些分別是辣醬醃蘿蔔絲、像是加了莎莎醬的生菜、韓國泡菜 右邊就是醃蘿蔔、大白菜、年糕 看起來像是加了莎莎醬的生菜帶點酸味的，很開胃 元祖奶奶家的泡菜很對我的胃口！ 其實在韓國吃了那幾餐，餐餐都有泡菜的餐點，每家做的韓式泡菜味道都不同耶 元祖奶奶菜包飯的泡菜味道適中，不會太酸也不會太鹹也不會太辣，剛剛好！ 可以說是我在韓國的那幾天吃到最好吃的泡菜也不為過 醃蘿蔔絲比較沒有酸味，比較有鹹味一點點 這是最好包的配料！最後根本包光光XD 用來包菜和肉的年糕、醃蘿蔔片和大白菜們 特別推薦醃蘿蔔片啊！！！！ 根本超好吃超好包的 甜甜酸酸的，包著有點辣有點鹹的配料和肉們，讓人無法停下來欸！！！ 說是超級開胃一點都不誇張 主角~鎮店之寶的豬肉們和鴨肉 現在看到照片還是很想要再去吃>"※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.241.24.159

餐廳名稱：欣園早點 消費時間：2013年/7月 地址：新竹市經國路二段583號 電話：03-5257979 營業時間：6:00-賣完為止 每人平均價位：50元 可否刷卡：否 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：小籠包 ~~~圖文網誌好讀版~~~http://milk52313.pixnet.net/blog/post/138765313 這天大夜下班跟男友相約要去吃早餐 老早就約好要一起吃「欣園早點」 超級期待的~~~ 我好愛的浩子阿翔有來採訪過 其實這間店在舊址的時候就是排隊店 報導過後更是可怕... 我們約莫8點半到...可怕的排隊盛況!! 我第一次吃早餐是面臨這種情形呀 基本上新竹需要排隊的早餐點我都沒興趣 (ex 無名肉排蛋饅頭...) 但這是我第一次那麼堅持要吃到!希望不要失望才好 ♥ 被遮陽板擋住怎麼拍都拍不到的店招牌...哈 ♥ 內用跟外帶都要一起排隊 ♥ 一個料理區，老闆+店員就有11個人以上... 都已經怎麼多人在幫忙了，還是得排成這樣... ♥ 菜單 就是傳統永和豆漿店會賣的菜色 不過這裡都是純手工製作，所以長相跟口感都會跟一般的不太相同 小籠包 9元/顆 來這必點的非小籠包莫屬了!! 跟一般小籠包長的完全不同 一看就知道是純手工的啦 像是迷你版的包子 口感也真的很特別 最上面的皮吃起來真的像包子一樣 乍吃之下還蠻像金陵包子的 比較厚也很有彈性 下面則是保留小籠包的特性 皮薄餡多又有湯汁 女生大概吃四顆就會飽到不行吧... (牛牛四顆陣亡Orz) 內餡真的超大顆的 就是一個肉丸子在裡面啊...非常紮實 味道也調的很好，不沾醬就很有味道囉，但也不會太鹹 肉的比例肥瘦合一，再加上蔥的提味，so nice! 蔥抓餅 20元 / 蛋餅 18元 這兩樣也是蠻多人推薦的 蔥抓餅脆脆的，口感跟味道都不錯 吃起來也不會太油 至於蛋餅就是完全沒味道啦 一定要加醬才行 ♥ 醬料區 辣椒油超級辣的~~請酌量使用 (牛牛被辣歪嘴了...) 以上就是我們豐富的一餐... 因為沒算好份量就點太多了 雖說早餐真的是要吃得飽阿~ 但我又吃的太飽了 以上分享希望你們喜歡 ^^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.251.195.21

-------------------------------------上以三行PO文請刪除 廠牌:SONY 型號:SVS15125 購入日期: 距上次使用正常時間: OS版本:Win 8 平常作業內容: 有無內建還原功能(Y/N):Y 問題內容: 最近購入了一台新的筆電 之前工作都善用Win7的，但是Win8不太適應 影響到工作效率，想灌入Win7的OS 這在桌上型是可行的，但是在筆電上是否有些困難? 我的理想情況是 一、可否將原廠硬碟整個換下，再買一個新硬碟讓他當主硬碟 再用光碟開機在新硬碟上安裝Win7? 歸類這樣的步驟是因為桌電的邏輯是如此 但是筆電似乎有被限制的地方(像原廠硬碟有鎖bios) 二、功能鍵部分及部分驅動 畢竟部分筆電都有提供功能鍵，這些都要有驅動程式來運作 但這裡的問題是，我應找到所有該筆電的驅動一併安裝上去嗎(硬體驅動的部分) 硬體部分像是喇叭、鍵盤光源、明暗控制、聲音大小等等 想請教版友的是，只需要注意這兩大問題就可以了嗎? 還是說會有無法預期的錯誤產生可能呢? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.43.208.119
