房地美：截至7月3日當周美國30年房貸利率降至4.29%

房地美(Freddie Mac)周三(3日)在其週報中表示，在近來觸及近2年最高水位之後，今日為止1周的30年固定房貸平均利率自上周的4.46%下降至4.29%。

4.46%則是自前(2011)年7月以來最高水準。

房地美的首席經濟學家表示：「固定房貸利率在當周假期期間走跌，因市場對於美國聯準會(Fed)自購債行動中撤離的憂慮情緒稍獲緩解。」

包含近期跌勢在內，30年固定房貸利率自5月初已增加近1個百分點，而部分人士則擔心會影響到消費者，即便根據歷史標準利率仍處於比較低的水位，經濟學家也預期今(2013)年房市將持續反彈。

15年固定房貸平均利率也從上周的3.4%下降至3.39%。

1年期公債指數混合變率型抵押貸款(ARM)平均利率仍為2.66%。

5年期公債指數ARM則由上周的3.08%走升至3.1%。

抱歉本篇沒有照片我是來分享心得的我是上個禮拜在露天買了黑款然後開始使用到現在大概5.6天發現粉刺有明顯減少我個人的皮膚狀況是不太油的混和肌不常化妝頂多上防曬跟隔離之前我洗臉的習慣是洗臉海綿弄濕後摩擦洗面皂然後直接在卸完妝的濕臉上畫圈洗完之後臉雖然不會緊清潔效果也不錯就這樣維持了大概3.4個月雖然比起單用手來打泡泡乾淨也不容易出現清潔死角但是額頭跟鼻頭摸起來都有一粒一粒然後念書遇到難題就不自覺開始把它們摳出來... 這幾天我使用潔面刷的方法是臉先打溼然後乾的洗面皂輕輕在臉上畫上幾圈然後再用沾濕的潔面刷把洗面皂上的泡泡刷掉接著就開始輕輕在臉上畫圈刷具的清潔方式是在流水下讓刷毛吸水膨脹後把髒水甩出來然後用細皮筋固定在室內曬衣架上通常隔天就會乾我覺得它的刷毛是真的夠細看到有人抱怨因為太軟沒有洗的感覺我個人是覺得就是因為毛軟不會傷皮膚而且都用刷具洗臉了重點就應該放在次數用來清潔鼻翼跟唇邊這種凹凸比較大但是又脆弱的地方非常適合像是我特別關注的鼻頭跟額頭就比起其他地方多畫上幾圈就可以了感覺毛尖真的有幫忙把粉刺清掉因為這幾天如果真的有遇到需要抓臉的難題的話頂多是些角質而已XD 比起化妝刷具我覺得洗臉刷具非常划算因為我個人使用下來覺得膚質有變得比較好如果臉上有可以碰水但是敏感的痘痘之類的話感覺好像也可以用？不知道有沒有人有試過？我有點想再買一隻送人但是怕酒糟肌不適用.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.243.136.189 ※ 編輯: ch890333 來自: 111.243.136.189 (07/03 19:35)

現在好像沒了
然而網路上的一些下載都是包含暗2主程式的
我只需要"資料片"程式載點就好

請問有沒有其他地方可以看

另外
在看前面的部分時
感覺有一少一些東西
前一章跟後一章有點接不起來

有圖網誌版：http://daigo24.pixnet.net/blog/post/151546888 京都棧海鮮廣場地址：台北市信義區忠孝東路四段553巷6弄11號電話：(02)2763-8309 消費金額：約200元/人營業時間：週一至週日 11:30~14:00 17:30~21:30 最晚預約或點餐時間：14:00、21:00 京都棧位於忠孝東路上，在舊聯合報大樓後面巷子裡，位置有些許的偏僻，它販售著類似日式居酒屋和台式熱炒的品項，感覺定位有些許的模糊。它的菜色十分的多，一面是熱炒類，一面是居酒屋類，每道菜的單價約在一～二百元左右，而我們選擇的是日式的定食，每套的價格在180~280元之間。店內的裝潢偏昏黃的色系，我們坐的是木質圓桌，具有古意，但另一邊的黑桌就有點熱炒的風格，感覺像是二個氣氛。在看菜單的同時，店員先送上裝滿麥茶的日風陶杯，裡面裝滿了熱熱的麥茶，清清淡淡的茶味並不重。筷子和紙巾也由店員一一的放置在桌面。我們點了生魚片蓋飯（250元）和烤雞腿定食（180元）後，店家先替我們上了小菜，分別是秋葵和白蘿蔔乾。店家好像是把我們的小菜全放在一起上桌，感覺量並不多，經詢問後店家表示若覺得太少可以再跟他們反應，服務挺不錯的。秋葵切塊並且淋上醬油，吃起來很爽口，連之前不吃秋葵的我在大家的好評下也吃了一塊，沒有想像中的軟爛，反而是很扎實的口感，但咬下去又有黏汁在口中散開。白蘿蔔乾醃的很入味，口感脆脆的，感覺很好下飯，但有一點偏鹹。再來先上的是烤雞腿定食，定食包括了味噌湯和茶碗蒸和沙拉和主菜。沙拉裡面和一般只有生菜外不同的是它還有蘋果片，另外也還有半顆蕃茄，生菜也不會太多，它整體的量對於不喜歡吃生菜沙拉的我而言還算適中。味噌湯就是很普通的豆腐和海帶，味道沒有特別的地方。茶碗蒸的腥味有點重，但我是覺得還好，蛋味有點濃，菇類也不少塊，最下面都會附有一塊類似龍蝦肉和黃色的豆子，材料算挺豐富的，而且沒有很老套的放魚板之類的火鍋料在裡面。烤雞腿烤的酥酥的挺好吃，肉也很軟嫩，但是有點小隻。再來是生魚片蓋飯上桌，其它的湯和沙拉等和烤雞腿定食是一模一樣的。生魚片大約有六片，還有一些鮭魚卵和干貝，再佐以小黃瓜片和檸檬片提味，但由於是裝在盤子裡，醋飯看起來很多，生魚片就顯得單薄了點，不像海力士是用碗盛裝，看起來就比較豐富。醬油給的有點少，後來還有一半的肉就沒了，只好再請店員替我們加。鮭魚的肉質不錯，但是美中不足的是有點薄。鮪魚也是很薄，挺鮮嫩的。干貝挺大塊的，吃起來很甜美，它是我最喜歡的一樣食材。基本上京都棧是一個價格還算合理的店家，日式定食的份量和品質都還不錯，肉質也算新鮮，吃完後又喝冰飲也沒有拉肚子，但賣的東西種類有點多，由於我們只點了日式定食，所以對其它的菜餚品質無法下定論，但看到其它客人很多都是點熱炒加啤酒，給人一種到了晚上會吃快炒划酒拳的感覺？！但是它又販售著燒烤，感覺又很像居酒屋...，不知夜晚的京都棧會呈現怎麼樣的感覺呢？但它又僅營夜到九點半.....？！謝謝收看 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.29.35.154
