電音女神秀美腿不露「事業線」　謝金燕：露胸就沒人看臉

「台語電音女王」謝金燕，入圍第24屆台語女歌手的她，目標瞄準第3座金曲歌后，去年拿下歌后的她，今年再度入圍，希望可以連莊歌后。最近她剛推出新專輯《姐姐》，這次她改唱國語電音，MV一推出網友瘋狂點擊。大家都知道有雙傲人長腿的她，不吝惜展露美腿，但儘管她穿的多辣，卻從未露過事業線，據傳理由是「露胸的話就沒人看臉了」。

最近改唱國語歌、曲風仍是一貫電音路線的謝金燕，新歌《姐姐》一推出，立刻引發網友熱烈討論。謝金燕在去年的跨年演唱會，因為一襲火辣裝扮，大秀美腿讓歌迷眼睛大吃冰淇淋，一連串的火辣表演，讓她成為今年收視率最高的歌手，「電音女神」的魅力連歌迷當難以招架。

4年前因為一曲《嗶嗶嗶》，讓她從正妹變女神，帶來的歌曲和舞步，也都能帶動流行，跨年晚會帶來的刺槍舞，更是不少人模仿的對象。每次謝金燕出現，服裝都十分火辣，尤其是她傲人的110公分長腿一現，讓所有觀眾都驚呼不已。但有趣的是，儘管她服裝再辣，最多都只是秀美背，從未展露過「事業線」。

為什麼每次出現胸部總是包緊緊？據傳謝金燕自己有一套理論，「露胸的話，就沒人看臉了。」

（中央社記者徐卉台北3日電）以色列電影「綁架練習曲」今晚奪得台北電影節「國際青年導演競賽」首獎，抱走新台幣60萬元獎金。

2013台北電影節「國際青年導演競賽」今晚在中山堂舉行頒獎典禮，由電影節主席張艾嘉、評審團主席黃建新一同揭曉獎項。黃建新表示，今年影片風格多元、水準整齊，總共12部來自各國的競賽片，讓評審們感受到這群新銳導演透過影像來關注社會人文和成長等多元議題的責任感。

「國際青年導演競賽」60萬元首獎，今年最後由來自以色列的電影「綁架練習曲」奪得，女主角希里麗（Shirili Deshe Paula）出席代表領獎；評審認為這部電影用詼諧承載悲傷，既展現以色列的寫實面貌，又具備普遍且深刻的人性觀察，許多看似對立的電影元素，在本片達到近乎完美的融合。

評審團特別獎則由來自波蘭的「寶貝對不起」奪得，並抱走30萬元獎金；台灣電影「甜．祕密」則與丹麥片「毒派兄弟」同獲特別推薦獎。「甜．祕密」導演許肇任表示，當初這部片「匆匆上映、幽幽下映」，現在能在電影節再次被看到，他很開心。1020703

劉若英傳因訪問封殺佼佼，慶功記者會改找吳建恆主持？佼佼還原當天現場狀況，認為多年交情，才不會因小事而改變。

劉若英婚後肚皮動靜一直是外界關注的焦點，日前發行新專輯時，傳出怕被追問孕事，取消媒體專訪。5月底慶功會被主持人黃子佼逼問時，還忍無可忍地回了一句：「你煩不煩啊？」當天尷尬收場，傳出黃因此丟了6月9日北京記者會的主持棒，2人多年友誼也出現裂痕。

佼佼昨聞訊大笑，他說，當天記者會後，因記者還有問題要問，他跟著一起進貴賓室裡，氣氛融洽，他深知媒體需求，於是幫著媒體勸劉若英：「妳就給記者訪一下嘛？」她轉頭回他：「那你陪我？」後來佼佼就在劉若英受訪過程中忙別的事，悄悄離開，過程沒有一絲不快，他聽說封殺的事，還到她微博上玩笑留言「聽說妳封殺我」。

6月9日劉若英再辦慶功，佼佼已接下陳妍希台北音樂會記者會，北京場改由吳建恆主持，佼佼認為沒找他是唱片公司照例分配主持資源，「況且當天我在陳妍希場，也不可能走得開。」多年前，佼佼曾經暗戀過劉若英，也互動熱絡，後來變朋友後，只留下單純工作上交流。

佼佼昨在臉書上解釋狀況，有趣的是，瀏覽他每一篇發文，都字句對齊，工整猶如「強迫症」，他說，這是一種文字訓練，進行一年多，「有些詞也許一個字可以解釋，為了齊頭，可能要換成兩個字，就需腦力激盪一下，換句話說，這對我主持工作有很大幫助，所以我在不斷訓練自己的功力。」

如果有結局
很希望阿兩可以跟麗子在一ˇ起

因為麗子在動畫裡不是對阿兩算蠻有好感??
只因為麻里愛而不往前進
而阿兩也像個木頭.......

像麗子這樣子在動畫的個性和氣質
以及兇起來的感覺...和超級溫柔
跟阿兩超配

阿兩只要不那嚜愛錢....不是錢鬼就好了

結局應該是這樣吧...雖然有好幾次是跟小町快在一起了
或幾次小時候的情況也是快在一起了...

但動畫裡麗子還是為阿兩默默做了很多事
很希望她配阿兩><"(阿兩 man起來可是也很贊的喔

【鉅亨網編譯陳育忠 綜合外電】

母公司為法國航太防衛公司EADS(EAD-FR)的空中巴士(Airbus)周三(3日)表示，其今(2013)年上半年交機數量為295架飛機，淨訂單數量則為722架飛機。

同一時期的總訂單數量則為758架飛機，其中取消的訂單數量共有36架。

空中巴士並說，雙層A380已交機8架，但目前則未獲得任何該機型的新訂單。

莊雅清10萬交保　「會還會員公道」

【賴又嘉／台北報導】媚登峰負責人因涉嫌販賣過期保健食品及化妝品给會員，負責人莊雅清昨(3日)晚移送北檢複訊後，遭檢方依詐欺、偽造文書等罪諭令10萬元交保。莊雅清今(4日)凌晨步出地檢署表示：「謝謝大家關心，我們會徹查，會還給會員一個公道。」隨即搭車離去。
 
媚登峰集團遭內部員工檢舉，指高層明知部分保健食品已過期，竟要求員工向會員推銷販賣，還涉嫌盜刻會員印章，偷向國稅局查會員財力證明，昨遭檢調搜索、約談。

[自住沒差?]買房子根本不是住不住的問題!!而是一個風險問題!!

每次看到這種"自住沒差"的回文就覺得...恩...

我也是支持樓主的論點
基本上你覺得沒差是因為你沒要賣
但你有考慮過經濟學的機會成本嗎???

講白一點
就是當你的房價假設買在1000萬好了
但你的機會成本可能是

房價800萬(已跌價)+100萬的車+100萬每年出國旅行

我想樓主要表達的是這個!

當然有些人就是覺得"房子是資產"
我繳這一輩子就是要房子留給我子孫之類的
我覺得這情操是相當偉大

但你有沒有想過
你犧牲掉的機會成本是

為了賺錢沒時間陪伴家人+沒錢吃好穿好的生活品質+沒機會找到自己的人生價值因為只為了要賺錢

這樣對家人來說也犧牲掉了很多東西

是用錢買不到的!

看看我認識的長輩

為了買一間房

買東西永遠挑最便宜的
穿的衣服是10幾年前的衣服(不敢買新衣)
家裡小孩都當鑰匙兒童得不到家人陪伴
甚至犧牲掉健康(終生洗腎)
然後再也無法工作(也存不到退休金)

換來的是小孩長大之後不能體諒，身體搞壞老來也無法享樂!

這時候還會高興說當年我用1000萬買的房子
現在漲到3000萬了嗎??? (或許只有子孫很高興，所以這情操很偉大)

後面有鄉民表示
人家有一千萬的房子啊~你連房子都沒有~
而且還在幫人家繳貸款~~哈哈哈
這說法好像房仲喔@@

那這腦殘的問題當然有腦殘的解法
後面鄉民也提出了
其實除了新北天龍國之外其他地區房價也沒這樣嚇人
或是就等啊~~等到房價跌的那天啊~~
現階段你還可以用少少的租金，租在工作地點的對面
然後帶家人去休閒活動

當然也要持續賺錢存錢
等低點進場~買在自己可以負擔的買點

真的也沒那麼極端啊~
不是說不買房就是一輩子不買
當然是要看自己能力可以買就買啊~

不要再用"幫房東繳貸款"這看似驚人的理由
來說服沒能力買房的人!!!

機會成本可以解釋這為何不合理

你用1萬5，就可以租到價值1500萬的房子
(如果用買的，貸款一個月至少破5萬，但事實上你沒有能力一個月固定還5萬。如果只想一個月還1萬5，相對的只能買到很遠或很破的房子)

享受到工作地點離家近的優點，可以繼續將賺來的錢，錢滾淺累積財富
更重要的是，你有時間陪伴家人、小孩成長!

但硬買房子的結果，只是造成立刻負債，犧牲生活品質!
尤其是自住的人，漲或跌對你根本沒有關係，因為你沒有要賣，所以房子就是讓你立刻負債
對於投資客來說，房子才是"資產"，賺取利潤的工具!

如果之後房子一直漲價怎麼辦??
沒怎麼辦啊~~
因為你已經累積到了一定的財富時
其實可以到中南部買便宜的房子
薪水少一點點也沒關係 (公務員就更爽了)

對我來說，人生的價值，不在於買到一間房子
然後其他什麼都沒有!

就像我那位長輩
雖然我不想這樣說
但是只有一句話
他窮到只剩下一間房子
