【蔡智銘／台中報導】太平區農會輔導農民種植的荔枝新品種「吉荔」經4年栽培，今天舉辦品種授權成果觀摩會，推廣栽培，單粒重達50公克，比起黑葉荔枝大上一倍的大荔枝，引起眾人驚呼。太平區農會推廣股長廖炯良說，「吉荔」母本來自泰國，經農試所5年育成，品名為「台農4號」，具有產量豐富、色澤艷麗、肉厚汁多等特色，農會4年前以150萬標得專利權，輔導農民種植，去年曾到台北參加共同運銷「試水溫」，1公斤拍賣價格高達220元，今年開始少量生產，有興趣的民眾可以洽太平區農會推廣股，電話：22781148。

你好,我提供一些操作方式,你再試試看:
1.如果你的電腦是Win7,在執行程式前請先按下滑鼠右鍵,出現選單bar之後選擇上面的"以系統管理員身分執行"
2.把"NTLEA整個資料夾"複製到硬碟根目錄(不要放在桌面&執行),並確定整個路徑資料夾為英文,例如-- C:\NTLEA 或是 D:\NTLEA

如果你在執行後有出現錯誤訊息,請截圖放到網路上我再幫你診斷

參考資料：自己也遇過,參考網路提供的解決方式

我住在a21旁~~~~~~~~建議妳要看房子看有沒有朋友住附近一起去~~~可以知道優缺點和歷史價格!!

早在7年前左右家人進場買全新建案透天7百多萬,現在週邊透天幾乎都是一千五到兩千萬

個人覺得是貴的有點誇張><"""現在進場應該在中間了~~~看地段

最近a21周邊(南園二路建案也很多)大樓開價還有一坪17-19萬唷!!!!比較貴的大概22-25左右~~~~~~~~

sogo旁大樓我覺得也是粉貴~~~~而且住的好高,我比較怕地震~~哈哈

如果預算夠一千萬上下努力找說不定可以買到透天的房子!!!不用擠大樓買公設買車位繳管理費

跟新北比起來也算便宜吧!!!!!!

高鐵站附近也是貴得粉恐怖(跟新北一樣@@)

不開車不騎車的話我建議買在台鐵+高鐵+捷運沿線!!!!!這樣去哪裡都方便~~~~尤其是上班

缺點~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

火車站我覺得要等鐵路高架化後才有發展!!!!!

sogo商圈遷移的話題也吵的沸沸騰騰

不過說真的~~~中壢工廠多(空氣也差)

市區上班下班塞車嚴重,路又小,又不平

火車站假日外勞大量聚集

飆車族粉多

a21環北路環南路都是""按摩店""還有喜宴飯店+中壢夜市~~~~~假日車粉多><"""

大型公園很少

中壢市區老實說還是騎機車方便!!

優點~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

中壢交流道直上五楊高架橋直達五股台北基隆真的粉快@@

有火車站機場捷運客運站高鐵站 66快速+2號中山高桃園機場~~~~簡直就是方便!!!

平日好停車賣場也多大學高中也多~~~~~所以年輕人聚集也多!!

工廠多工作也多

目前有a21前進行河岸改建工程~~~以後可以散步

以後小孩讀書絕對方便~~~從國小到大學都在中壢

花些許的小錢而已不想花錢也是可以就降壓吧..

材料 (入手管道露天 / PCHOME)
USB電風扇 6吋 399元
USB散熱座 50元 ~85元
USB轉插頭(愛瘋充電器) 28元 X2

建議愛瘋充電用原廠的好安全用副廠的愛瘋爆掉可就慘了
USB散熱器材這類東西便宜的很掛了決不會心痛的且也很安靜

第一財經日報報導，普華永道2日稱，A股IPO仍處於關閉狀態。對比之下，企業赴港上市興趣依然濃厚，按目前市況預計，香港全年新股融資額有望重登全球前三名(以單一市場計算)。

截至今年上半年，A股IPO仍未開閘，尚有600家以上企業排隊等待上市，雖與年初的800餘家雖有所減少，但何時重啟IPO成為各界關注的熱點。

普華永道表示，要等相關意見整理成文、考慮成熟，A股IPO才有可能重啟。長遠來看，市場對於大陸新股發行體制改革的期望甚高，但這需要相關法律修訂完善後才能進一步深化。而相對之下，H股IPO在今年上半年融資總額則出現回升，上半年香港首次上市企業總數達23家，雖然較去年同期的32家減少，但融資總額達到395億港元，較去年同期增加約三成。

普華永道指出，香港市場資金仍然充裕，有意上市或正籌備上市的企業不少；預計市場消化憂慮情緒後，市況會好轉，將有利於大中型新股融資活動在今年第三季末及第四季度推出。

普華永道估計，今年全年將有70-80檔新股在香港上市，融資總額將達1,200-1,500億港元，在全球新股融資市場有望重返前三名；預期下半年到香港上市的企業，會以金融服務、消費品和服務業、房地產相關、藥業、能源礦業及科技為主。

餐廳名稱：大和寿司消費時間：2013年/6月地址：東京都中央区築地5-2-1 築地市場 6号館電話：+81 3-3547-6807 營業時間：5:30～13:30 朝食営業、ランチ営業每人平均價位：4000-5000yen 可否刷卡：不可有無包廂：無推薦菜色：中腹海膽網誌圖文版 http://twleegg.blogspot.tw/2013/07/daiwa.html -- 這次來到東京，最期待的就是道地的壽司了，尤其築地市場更是以提供頂級魚料與平價收費聞名，出發前就決定這次一定要吃到著名的壽司大或是大和壽司。原本定了七點的鬧鐘，結果又賴床到八點多才起床，早起真的是我的罩門阿。還好人形町到築地並不遠，在場外市場迷路了一下，抵達築地市場已經九點多了。看一看壽司大門口那排隊人潮，粗略預計至少還要排兩個小時以上，搖搖頭就轉往旁邊的大和壽司了。大和壽司雖然排隊人潮也不少，不過因為有兩間店的關係，隊伍前進的速度還算不慢。排隊時觀察了一下隊伍，發現幾乎都是講中文為主，裡面大部分都是台灣人，日本人只占少數，而且幾乎每個台灣人都拿同一本旅遊書，真是有趣。約莫排了半個鐘頭，排到了入口處的兩個位子，師傅是個熱情有趣的歐吉桑，在他的推薦下點了3500yen的套餐。魚料新鮮沒有話說，不過上菜速度非常快，只有前兩貫來的及馬上吃完，後面越上越快，一下子面前就堆滿了壽司，不是很喜歡這種速度，尤其是還有軍艦跟鐵火捲的海苔容易軟化。因為沒吃早餐的關係，所以肚子非常餓，想當然爾只吃套餐一定無法滿足我們。於是又再度加點了一貫比目魚鳍邊和一貫大腹，我們跟師傅說我們要加點engawa時，師傅露出驚訝的神情，然後對著我們比出讚的手勢，如果他會說中文的話，應該會跟肯德基廣告一樣說句"您真內行"吧。看來平常觀光客客人很少人會加點比目魚鰭邊。 -- 這餐就這樣在短短的半小時內結束了，搞不好排隊時間還比用餐時間還長。兩人份套餐加上加點五貫共吃了10000日幣出頭，說實話我覺得並沒有特別便宜。好吃當然是沒話說，尤其是海膽跟中腹都相當好，但是其他貫壽司表現就滿普通的，並沒有給我特別的驚喜。再加上用餐環境與排隊，我覺得以觀光客來說體驗一次是值得的，但若要我回訪我寧願選擇多花一點錢去銀座好一點的壽司屋。事實上，之後幾天去的壽司店我覺得都比大和要來的划算。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.240.151.230 ※ 編輯: leetzuwen 來自: 111.240.151.230 (07/03 23:51)
