各位大大:
昨天在台南市西華南街有違規停車,本人基於熱心.通報拖吊;但是員警到場後'僅鳴的2聲,未拍照也未開舉發單僅通報拖吊單位.
本人跟員警爭執許久,違停車道口旁紅線'警察不是應該依照道路交通管理處罰條例逕行舉發嗎?? 怎麼不見其舉發拍照;警察僅回答40分後未開走在電話通知他......還跟我回嗆他是警察 該怎麼作不用我教他.

本人想請教的事這樣的警察算吃案嗎??

各位大大好

小弟的問題如下:
是否Z的wi-fi的收尋及收訊功能比其他手機差?
還是純粹小弟拿到的單機的問題?

小弟與女朋友昨晚才新辦智慧型手機,之前兩個人拿的都是傳統式的,也是智慧型手機的門外漢
小弟買了Z,而我女朋友買v(全是xperia 系列的)
昨晚回家後正在研究手機就發現在同一間房間下,兩支手機沒有開啟3g功能,只單純連家裡的無線網路(無線網路只有這兩支手機用),而兩機相隔不超過30公分,也沒有任何遮蔽物阻擋,v的wi-fi收尋到10個熱點,而z就只有2個;或許各位大大會說收尋多不代表什麼,但是在連線品質上,v有2格訊號但z卻連1格也沒甚至斷線(斷線的時間還比有訊號的時間長!)
這實在讓小弟百思不得其解;另外,兩支手機沒有任何刷積及系統更新,全是原廠設定
為了保險起見,又拿了家母的HTC U測試,發現U跟V相差不大,但Z卻與兩支手機相差甚遠

(以下有稍微小抱怨,請各位大大見諒!)

為了這個問題,今天又跑去門市問,但門市人員卻無法給我回答(可能也是沒遇過這種問題..),但卻說要拿兩隻相同型號的手機比才合理,問題是我去哪生出兩隻Z然後比較阿??? 更何況還是SONY的今年度機皇,卻比V甚至是HTC U收訊更差,這實在是讓小弟無法接受;後來小弟請門市替換一隻Z給小弟(但卻缺貨了...下星期才拿的到),但還是沒有辦法找出解答,若換到的Z還是這樣,那小弟也只好接受這個現實,但若是如此,SONY在小弟的心中實在是大打折扣了

Z是小弟夢寐以求的手機,我沒有任何炮打算,只是單純想知道為何會如此;附上小弟買的Z照片,希望能解決此問題,謝謝各位大大

PS.小弟連原廠貼紙都還沒撕下!

今年香港71大遊行以爭取特首普選，佔領中環、蓄勢待發為主題。史學泰斗、中研院院士余英時表示，香港爭取特首普選，關繫著香港所有公民的未來，他們的人權、自由、生命尊嚴等等核心價值，都必須在過了公平普選這一關之後才能有着落。在缺乏任何其他有效途徑的情況之下，公民抗命、佔領中環無疑是爭取普選的最重要的手段。

 余英時呼籲港人在今年7.1遊行時踴躍參加，為公民抗命增加力量。

 余英時今天在香港《蘋果日報》發表《公民抗命與香港前途》一文指出，香港回歸中國已16年了，《基本法》所承諾的特區行政長官普選至今未能落實。早在2007年，民調顯示支持普選的市民已超過六成，但中共中央對於普選時間表一直在採取拖延策略，以致到目前為止，香港人民仍然不知道：他們要爭取的2017年普選究竟有沒有實現的可能。而且，親共分子和傳媒還不斷放出話題：不與中共中央在政治上保持一致的人決不應成為特首。他們已在試提種種方案，怎樣在選舉機制方面進行嚴密的操縱，保證只有完全可靠的親共分子才能成為特首候選者。換句話說，中共對付香港特首普選的另一策略，是將它轉化為變相的一黨專政。正是在這種極端不公平的情況下，香港最近才出現了「公民抗命」、「佔領中環」的大運動。

 另一方面，中共和香港官方對於這一運動，則採取絕對敵視、仇視的態度。最近兩三個星期以來，官方和親共人士採取了一系列的攻擊，向佔中運動施壓：有人說它將危害香港治安，有人預言它必然破壞金融市場，最後將香港福祉推向懸崖，甚至還有人將它抹黑為「外國勢力與反對派搶奪香港政權」。總之，恐嚇、利誘、誣陷……等等手段，無所不用其極。余英時認為，佔中不過是公民抗命在香港此時此地的一種具體表現。公民抗命才是這一大運動的靈魂，而且密切聯繫着香港的前途。

 余英時在文中說明了公民抗命的涵義，重點節錄如下：公民抗命在中國近代和現代史上更曾取得重大的成就，1919年的「五四」運動便是其中最輝煌的一個。「五四」以後中國最偉大的一場公民抗命是1989年天安門的民主運動，但不幸竟以被屠殺告終。這恰好印證了政治哲學家羅爾斯（John Rawls）的觀察，公民抗命如果引起社會動盪，其責任不在「抗命」的公民，而在那些濫用權力和權威的人。

 歷史回顧讓我們清楚地認識到，公民抗命不但不是破壞政治、社會、經濟秩序的激烈行為，而且是以一種最和平、最理性、也最文明的方式促使秩序更合理化的運動。這次在香港倡導公民抗命的學人，如戴耀廷、陳健民、朱耀明三位先生對於這中心概念掌握得十分準確，所以他們才提出「讓愛與和平佔領中環」的響亮口號。但是，中共和香港官方已開始對公民抗命的觀念進行抹黑了，甚至說和平佔中是「為犯法而犯法」。這種說法或是出於惡意歪曲，或是由於完全無知，二者必居其一。

 公民抗命不但有偉大的過去、光輝的現在，而且更有無限的未來。參與公民抗命，是現代人的光榮而神聖的責任。

【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】美國聯準會（Federal Reserve，Fed）預備減碼QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）之下，第3季美元料將在全球外匯市場維持強勢；日圓在日本央行（日銀）傾向加碼寬鬆之下，則維持弱勢格局；受全球經濟走疲影響，澳元等商品貨幣可能趨貶。

市場分析師預估，Fed最快今年9月就會減碼QE，最遲也會在今年底至明年初啟動減碼或進一步退場。市場瀰漫QE退場疑慮已讓美元指數今年2月來支撐在80以上，第3季還有可能進一步走升。

另一方面，日圓近期儘管波動劇烈，但日本央行官員一再重申，必要時不排除加強資產收購力度，貨幣政策若有進一步行動，加碼寬鬆可能性較高，恰與Fed相反，因此市場分析師認為，短線來看日圓或許有些震盪，不過以長線來看仍維持弱勢格局。

歐洲近期經濟數據轉強，一度讓歐元成為資金避風港，近4周兌美元曾升值近4%，但歐洲央行（歐銀）總裁德拉吉（Mario Draghi）仍表示，歐銀寬鬆政策距離退場尚遠，甚至揚言再度採取行動，歐銀傾向寬鬆的態度，恐令歐元走弱。

另一方面，全球經濟走疲，原物料需求銳減商品貨幣代表澳元近日空頭氣氛濃重，過去2個月來全球主要貨幣中也以澳元貶幅最大，在澳洲央行可能進一步降息寬鬆支持澳洲經濟下，澳元第3季可能繼續走貶。
