請教格局變更問題(3房)

明年寶寶要生了,想搬回老家,但遇到有點頭痛的問題,
房子的格局如圖:

東西邊各臨臨棟約1.5M~2M,
但我夢想中的房子希望客廳有很棒的採光,所以希望客廳移到主臥的位置,
客臥A改成主臥,並改變廁所門的方向,
但這樣房間就只剩兩間,
想請問在不變更廚房的情況下,有辦法再多規劃一間房間嗎?謝謝~~~~

我自己想來想去,在規劃第三間房間後格局就不方正了,不然就是房間會非常小,而且會影響進客廳的動線,好煩惱阿><

ps.因為沒有實際丈量,所以都以雙人床抓大概的比例,請多包含
