建商說因為實價登錄所以要我們配合簽技術合約，我們有權利拒絕嗎

沒實價登錄前就有這方法了~我想建商會說服你這樣做
優點:
1.妳住的房子房價會比較高,等於下跌時有空間不會傷到自己購買時的本金(投資客一定比較喜歡合作但自住者我想很多還是會選擇合作居多)
2.貸款可幾乎以全貸,往上加二成就能全貸了
缺點就是稅會比較高...等等

雖然我還沒下手買房,但我想很多買房的屋主和投資客一定喜歡配合建商做技術合約,投資客當然希望房價能飆高,自住者希望自己住的房子當然是增值比較好
妳住在房價一直跌和住在房價在增值的房子心情會不一樣吧

至於能不能拒絕應該是可以吧!你想房價透明化不想和建商一起做(假帳),為什麼不行,之前也遇到賣未上市股票的代銷(賣直銷股)還要簽保密條款不能洩漏股價@@
