超廣角鏡頭怎麼拍才不會讓臉看起來太長?

我都是用手機自拍
可是我發現一個問題,
我拿的是蝴蝶機,他有配88° 廣角鏡頭的前置相機
所以我拍起照來臉就會被拉得很長變形
所以照片看起來就是怪
但由於我是自拍所以不會把臉放到中心位置拍,
試問有其他解決方法嗎O_O
有的話麻煩提供我一些拍照的技巧和怎麼抓角度會比較好
