請問古代官夫人的稱號

近來看到有些訃聞，孝子或杖期夫對往生的母親或妻子的稱謂，用宜人、孺人、安人之類。不由興起疑問：

這些古代對官夫人的稱謂，有無什麼嚴格限制？比如官至幾品，才能有什麼稱號？或正室、有生子者才能有稱號？
