首先，公司員工超過五人
三月開始打工到現在發現公司"未幫我保勞健保"
打電話去健保局也確定3月開始到現在未付健保費
現在我跟公司要求說幫我保勞健保還要補前3個月未保的
公司怪到我頭上說你當初說你不保的!(我明明說要保..)
竟然跟我說沒辦法叫我自己去健保局付清3~6月的健保費幫我保7月!!
請問這樣合法嗎? 打工不是一定要保勞保!!
是否可以叫他幫我補保3~6月的健保呢
由於我今年6月底畢業所以我6月底以前不用收2代健保費!
那我7月要收二代健保費嗎?(薪水12000左右、打工、"時薪103")
