蘇力陸上警報今晚解除　雙眼牆形態特殊

【許敏溶／台北報導】中央氣象局表示，蘇力以下墜球方式往南移動，預計今天晚上解除本島陸上警報，明天凌晨解除所有海陸警報。  

蘇力挾帶強風暴雨襲台，彭佳嶼測得17級強陣風，基隆則有15級，宜蘭、蘇澳13級，台北市12級，新北市板橋11級；中央大學大氣科學系兼任副教授吳德榮說，蘇力中心登陸地點宜蘭，最大陣風竟不如彭佳嶼，原因是蘇力登陸時為雙眼牆發展過程，外眼牆的風大於內眼牆，才會有這種狀況，但也減緩中心登陸地的傷害。
