台中市議會漏水，大笑話！

最好笑的是負責單位那個被採訪的公務員主管(忘記哪個單位),

回答設計排水量是夠的,但是被樹葉擋住,

真是誇張,如果在私人機構開會說這種答案肯定被K爆,直接去拿辭呈算了,公務員可以臉不紅氣不喘說是樹葉塞住...

設計時不知道會有落葉嗎?? SOP沒定落葉的清掃頻率嗎??

還26億咧,超級大笑話!!!!!
