這是不是詐騙手法?

我最近遇到一件事情,某天郵局打電話到我的手機,告訴我某一位A小姐不小心把錢匯錯到另一位B小姐的帳戶,要求B小姐把錢滙回去給A小姐,但我不是B小姐,手機卻打到我那裡,我感到納悶打電話到郵局求證,郵局告訴我是他們不小心打錯的,但我實在很不放心,所以想請教各位,這到底是不是新的詐騙手法?
要如何預防詐騙集團?我的手機最近老是接到一些奇奇怪怪的不知名電話?
