我要蓋一間農舍, 因符合法令不需要建築師設計監造及營造廠承包, 目前已拿到建照,現在我要辦開工,申請流程及施工中的勘驗都和一般建案一樣嗎?還是可以等辦使照時再ㄧ次報勘驗?有專門跑照者可以為我解惑嗎?
