請教中北部旅遊景點及吃的~

各位大大：

    家族去旅遊，請不用再推薦住宿地點，推薦住宿者無法選為最佳解答。 

    第一天住溪頭、第二天住中壢市、第三天住苗栗縣通霄鎮，第四天回高雄，請介紹沿路可遊覽景點及吃的（家人偏好客家菜），同行者需使用輪椅，主題公園不適合，可介紹類似社區營造的特色景點，謝謝大家！
