知名公司上班未刷卡會被罰勤(加班)，但不支付加班費，合法嗎?

要投訴就一定要具名~~不然不受理，避免惡意亂檢舉

記得刷卡感應就一切沒事了

不然大不了當日不計薪

兩害相權取其輕

重要的是:感應時別顧著說話，就不會發生這樣的事

要是常發生，就是自己的問題

要是偶爾久久發生一次，也不過晚下班30分鐘

這措施其實是要警惕不要上下班沒刷卡，這樣算薪的人會很忙
 
既然是好不容易找到的工作，就多注意上下班刷卡，不要因為一點規矩無

法配合又換工作了。
