換號後原號碼會...

小弟的一個號碼
原本從A業者移到B業者
而後來又在B業者申請換號

那請問原來那個號碼會何去何從

據門市人員說明會消失不見
因為該號碼本屬於A業者的，只是我攜碼到B業者而已
而我又申請換號了
原號碼開頭09XX本來就不是B業者的
所以也無法釋出
結果就是就算新辦也辦不到這個號碼了
