西馬隆跑得快　11:30解除海警

【綜合報導】中央氣象局指出，輕颱西馬隆移動速度快，強度也逐漸減弱，預計上午11時30分解除海上警報，提醒東半部及南部地區防雨，不排除有局部大豪雨。

氣象局表示，西馬隆朝中國廣東方向前進，暴風圈恐掃澎湖、金門等地，籲提防強風及大雨；恆春及澎湖可能出現長浪，避免海上活動；台東、花蓮山區及恆春地區須防大豪雨。
