歐洲的聯營團價格

最近想報名一家聯營中歐團，團費12萬
但是旅行社(大間而且知名的)說現金刷卡同價，而且業務給的折扣很少，一人500而已
(說聯營利潤微博)想請問：

1.既是聯營，價錢公定(網上幾家看起來都同價)，願不願意現金價降3%，該是旅行社的作法差別嗎?(意思是換一家會不會願意降?)３％也有好幾千了

2.聯營團折扣真的這麼少嗎?歐洲線ㄋㄟ,不過這團是爆滿狀態啦
