SH782 很有問題

公司幫我增添了一台 13" 的 SH782, 日本製的滿以為是品質保證, 怎料使用不到兩個月便問題多多.

1. 平時在辦公室是用卓上螢幕, 每次拔出來帶 SH782 出去, 一進入 WINDOWS 都會發現 SH782 的螢幕 不能全幕屏顯示, 畫面四周都有黑邊, 進入個人化設定更改解像度都無法改變. 13" 已經好小了, 現在縮就更難用了.

2. 按上電源按鈕及關上屏幕都不能讓 SH782 進入休眠, 反而會先黑掉屏幕, 然後登出使用者, 屏幕再出現 "現在進入 WINDOWS" 的 LOADING 畫面, 最後會出現輸入使用者密碼. 如果我輸入碼入密碼登入 WINDOWS 7, 會回到我按上電源按鈕或關上屏幕前的工作. 看來是進入睡眠 MODE 了 ? 我有嘗試在電源選項裡設定按上電源按鈕及關上屏幕時的動作, 但都沒有改變, 情況一樣.

如果我要進入休眠 MODE, 就一定得按 : 開始 > 關機 > 休眠

有辦法補救嗎 ?

因為是工作機, 不太可能長時間送修.

唉, 現在對 FUJITSU 很失望
