被狗狗身上的蝨子咬怎麼辦(20點)

我家附近有一堆流浪狗
我們家都會把狗狗放到外面亂跑(自然而然就會跟流浪狗玩)
那時候還不知道狗狗身上有蝨子
所以就很放心的那狗狗在家裡玩
家裡的地板應該都會有蝨子出沒
如果有跳上床上，被子應該也有
我被蝨子咬的症狀：不去抓他也會越變越大粒(本人超級怕癢的- -")
我忍很久，怕抓破會細菌感染

我麻麻跟我說：你最近先別靠近ㄉㄨ ㄉㄨ，他身上很多蟲蟲
我真的很想跟狗狗玩啦>"<
我每天都看我家狗狗要被太陽曬而且要承受被蝨子咬的痛苦
看了超心疼的Q_Q
不知到有沒有善心人士如何讓蝨子在家裡完全消失?
