舊的ipad 要如何3G上網才便宜?

我的是ipad 1，就只有WiFi的功能。

因為換新的工作，需要隨時用ipad收發郵件與看文件。

如果再買一台新的ipad又很貴，又要繳那麼多月租費。

我還在用傳統手機，如果考慮換成智慧手機，有什麼樣的方法，可以比較便宜，又可以讓我的ipad也可以上網。
