陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案，傳出疑似集體虐殺，引起震撼。最高軍事法院檢察署檢察長曹金生少將今（23）日在立法院激動澄清，一度怒飆現場記者，直說，到目前為止，涉嫌凌虐罪的只有一個被告，誇大渲染說是集體虐殺，「我想請大家公評，對被告的家屬與被告，情何以堪？」

民進黨立委林佳龍偕同黨籍立委高志鵬、陳歐珀等人，在民進黨團召開記者會，呼籲修改《國家安全法》與《軍事審判法》，把涉及軍中長官凌虐或欺壓部屬，原由軍法機關追訴及審判，改為由一般司法機關追訴及審判。記者會現場也邀請曹金生、國防部法律司副司長張培璵等人出席。

不過，曹金生並未針對修法一事進行發言，激烈澄清近日媒體報導洪仲丘案的疑點。曹金生高分貝強調，到目前為止，涉嫌凌虐罪的只有一個被告，仍繼續查辦，若此時誇大渲染說是集體虐殺，「我想請大家公評，對被告的家屬與被告，情何以堪？」

曹金生指出，甚至還有說，洪仲丘是被灌水弄死的，經查證並無相關事實，這樣渲染混淆視聽，「試問對往生者的家屬與往生者情何以堪？」

曹金生表示，若說洪仲丘是被集體虐殺與灌水，「對我們專案小組來講，又何其沉重！」、「給專案小組一個辦案的空間，我們一定給社會一個公平的交代。」

林佳龍則說，曹金生的發言，完全與社會的期待脫節，也跟今日的記者會離題。
