請問各位專業的先進:
我遇到類似詐騙的事件,負責人用公司支票跟我借款四百萬後,將有限公司過戶給他人,後來我把票存入銀行,退票說印鑑不符,請問過戶前開出去的支票，責任應該如何歸屬,我又該如何確認這些支票的債權?還請各位先進由法律條文面說明此事件
