軍檢今269旅重建現場模擬 洪家律師：太慢了

洪仲丘疑遭虐死案，軍檢署今天(二十八號)上午九點，進行重建現場模擬，包括洪仲丘姐姐洪慈庸、洪家律師團等人，今天(二十八號)上午八點多，就已經抵達桃園軍檢署，根據了解，這次軍檢進行重建269旅現場模擬，就是要釐清洪仲丘在昏倒送醫之前及之後，是否受到不當過度的操練、或是延誤就醫狀況，軍檢今天(二十八號)也會借提陳毅勳、傳喚被告戒護士李念祖等人，了解當時的現場狀況，還原事情經過，釐清洪仲丘的死因。不過現場模擬之前，洪家律師也質疑，洪仲丘案發生已經二十幾天，現場重建是不是太慢了。

洪家律師也質疑，軍檢昨天(二十七號)才通知他們今天(二十八號)要開四個庭，還有桃園及新竹的勘驗，質疑軍高檢突襲性的通知，會讓家屬質疑，是不是不想讓家屬及洪家律師參與調查。
