大陸居民往來台灣通行證加簽問題及需備資料

DEAR 大大們:

請問一下哦!!

我的老婆大陸居民往來台灣通行證(紫色本)有效期限是2016/02/21，三年多次出入

境大陸簽注有效期限是2014/02/24，我想請問一下，如果以我老婆的情況，如果要

在辨理多次加簽的話，可以辨幾年的??，還是重新換本新的辨5年多次加簽呢??

PS:因為我老婆打算2013/09/15返回大陸一個月，是否可以進行辨理多次加簽的申

請，因為簽注有效期限已經不到半年了!!，另外請問需要準備什麼資料，方能進行

加簽的申請呢??煩請大大們提供給我詳細的資料吧，謝謝您們^~^。
