1/4西洋參遭混充　政府調查竟不理

【綜合報導】吃西洋參，有近4分之1機會吃到假貨。衛生福利部調查發現有2成3的西洋參，是混充價格較便宜的人參，兩者價差近70倍，但衛福部卻以稽查人力有限為由，放任業者賣假西洋參。民間團體批評，衛福部怠忽職守，最可憐的是小老百姓，花錢想買參若挑到假貨，可能補到血壓升高、身體愈補愈糟糕。

台灣基層中醫師協會理事長、中醫師陳潮宗說，人參屬大補，適合體質虛寒者改善手腳冰冷；西洋參藥性溫和，易疲勞者可用來補身，該吃西洋參而誤吃人參者，恐因補過頭致口乾舌燥、心悸；反之則會因補不夠，無法改善手腳冰冷等不適。
