給和泰的一封信跟考慮油電混合車的車主

Camry Hybrid動力電池5年或12萬公里的保固，比起整車的4年保固還長，就是因為對自家油電車電池的品質有信心。但並非如此,因最近就遇到電池壞了,我是營業車才開2年又過5個月,公里數121800多電池就壞了,他的售價比汽油版本貴了一二十萬,現在開二年多馬上又要花六萬多換電池,大家可以算一下真的有省下錢嗎?
TOYOTA的品質真的有這麼差嗎?反觀美國的保固跟台灣比起來真的差太多了吧!
最讓我不高興的,就是剛過保固1000多公里,馬上就換了,時間還算的真準,以上是本人的經驗,讓和泰了解他們家的品質及考慮買油電車的人好好算一下是否划算,目前我的車在安坑廠正與蔡專員協調中.也請各位油電車車主在不幸遇類似狀時,能先有個心理準備,希望大家都能平平安安.
