駐奧克蘭處投書評廣大興案解決

（中央社台北15日電）紐西蘭主流報紙「印度新聞網」以「菲律賓就漁船事件與台灣達成和解」為題、刊登駐奧克蘭台北經濟文化辦事處處長丁樂群投書。

文章首先表示，菲律賓政府於8月9日就中華民國「廣達興28號」漁船遭槍擊事件公布調查結果，此項調查是經由台菲司法互助合作機制達成。

該報告指出，菲律賓政府公務船的槍擊造成中華民國漁民洪石成身亡，建議對8名菲律賓海岸防衛隊人員提起「殺人罪」起訴，另4名以「妨礙司法公正罪」追訴。

丁樂群指出，經過多月的等待，此一不幸事件終獲公正及和平解決，馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處理事主席培瑞斯（Amadeo Perez Jr）以菲國總統艾奎諾三世（Benigno Aquino III）及菲律賓人民代表身分於8月8日抵台向罹難者家屬表達正式道歉及損失賠償。

菲律賓政府也承諾將儘速啟動雙邊漁業協議談判，依據菲律賓對中華民國政府所提出4點嚴正要求的正面回應，中華民國已取消11項制裁性措施，並樂見菲律賓政府積極努力修補雙邊正常關係的作為。
