水煙殺蟲及乳膠漆問題!!

第一次刷油漆~~想請問
1.放水煙時 油漆桶放在一起應該沒有關係吧??
因為友人說好像不好 ? 可是不是只有食物類撤掉而已嗎 ..
然後水煙應放置多久 ?

2.因為是租屋處看起來很暗 牆壁有點髒汙 ..
想刷一下乳膠漆看起來比較美觀
有沒有甚麼注意事項 ? 像是 濃稠度、如何著手之類的~~
