王金平假處分案 國民黨今提抗告

台北地方法院於13日裁決立法院長王金平假處分案過關，於黨員資格存在訴訟判決前可暫保國民黨黨權後，國民黨再度出招，預計將於今（16）日下午5時提出抗告，並將增加律師，以3人律師團對抗王金平的7人律師團。

為提出抗告，國民黨將擴編律師團，國民黨文傳會副主委殷瑋表示，除了原先的陳明外，再增加李永裕、林合民2位律師，律師團預計將在今天下午5點，向台灣高等法院提出抗告。

依照法律，若高等法院駁回、維持原裁定，國民黨仍有權可再抗告最高法院。

立法院長王金平被控涉司法關說案，遭到國民黨以撤銷黨籍處分，中選會也已發函至立法院要求註銷王金平立委名籍。不過在王金平提出假處分案，且台北地方法院已於13日裁准王金平，以新台幣938萬1210元為相對人供擔保後，在台北地院確認黨員資格存在訴訟判決確定前，可以繼續行駛國民黨黨員權利。
